Pretty cool apartment

The apartment is great overall. At first, it was a bit difficult to open the front door as it was jammed, but it finally opened after the 5th attempt. When we arrived, the room was very clean. Both the bed and the sofa are comfortable for sleeping. The apartment is well-equipped with lots of kitchen utensils, making it easy to cook. There are two Billas nearby and it's only a 3-minute walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. The windows also have metal protective blinds, which help keep the morning sun out.

The windows overlook the playground, so from early morning until about 9 pm, you can hear the screams and squeals of dozens of children underneath the windows. I guess this should be considered if you plan to sleep in or take a short nap during the day.

A fairly good choice that we can recommend without reserve. We will surely come back.

The place is well situated, close to a metro station with direct link to the center and cheap car park. The appartment is well equipped, with functionnal and quality appliances. The street is very quiet with a supermarket at the corner of the street.

The corridor leading to the appartment may deserve painting (therefore it is very clean).

A lot of mold in bathroom, live wires hanging from gas furnace (kids can reach them), not working rolling shutters. No keys for main entry doors - we have to call phone number every time we want to go inside the building.

Extra comfortable bed. Closeness to the U-bahn station. Apartment was clean when we arrived.

Owners didn't respond on our mail with questions. Refrigerator was not working, so we throw away food that we bought. Too hot in apartment. If owners can't install air-conditioning, simple ventilator would help a lot. We stayed 5 days, towels were not changed not even once.

Good value for money, despite location.

The apartment was easy to find and enter. It looked spacious and comfortable. Good wifi, bathroom and kitchen. Good neighborhood with lots of families with young children.

We expected the location to be very far away and inconvenient, but it wasn't bad. City center was reachable in 20 min by metro. Entrance by night is a little creepy as hallways are dark. Not that many stuff in the kitchen for many people. Apartment a little dusty and not everywhere that clean.

The apartment was a complete nightmare!

I booked an apartment for my parents coming to visit at the civic number 22 of Enenkelgasse. I would start saying the pictures of the apt showed on booking or on their website are far from the reality. Instead of a small, cosy and light accommodation we found out a small, dark, smelly and dirty cave. There were even locks on the walls.. And, what a nice surprise, a condom under the bed. The booking was for 20 nights so I spend 1368 € for this" beautiful" mansion. We immediately called the support number and the day after they obviously found for them a valid alternative. A "nice" gentleman on the phone agreed to help us after he saw the pictures we sent him stating that "presumably he would not offer this accommodation to his parents as well". From the company we haven't received an hint of apologies and surprise suprise... They charged us the cleaning of the new apartments as if they hadn't nothing to do with all this troubles. They assured us they will change the pictures from the website but they are still there. We really had the feeling they wanted to fool us as they saw a foreign family name. Absolutely to avoid!!!

Acceptable accommodation in a great location, but the accommodation was not as expected

Location was excellent for the event we were attending. Also close to large supermarkets, a nice Italian Restaurant and a short walk to the U-Bahn Metro

The pictures on the site bear no relevance to the apartment we stayed in. Was expecting something fresh & modern & spacious as per the photos, but although the apartment we were allocated was acceptable. It is important that the pictures should over exaggerate the actual accommodation, this was referenced to Booking.com but we received a disappointing response

Very good

The apartment was light and airy. Kitchen was small but had enough for our needs. Bed was comfortable if a little firm.

Hallways echoed at night. There was plaster falling from the walls.

The system of the main entrance, if you're using international phone service without making a call it would be very difficult to get into the main entrance, when you call Austrian number the door will be opened. ..very bad!😜😜😜😜 They should rethink

Perfect location, two steps to supermarket and metro and tram stations

The apartment can be cleaner, under the beds were more then 10 days old dust, washing machine was full of dirty towels and it will be better to have a little vacuum cleaner

Very good

The communication with the host was quick and easy. We had no issues getting into the apartment. It was clean and comfy and the location was good. The bus stop was nearby and it provides an easy way to get to the city.

The beds were not as comfortable as we would like but other than that everything was nice.

Heating should be better and few more towels should be good. Pillows should be replaced, but overall goood experience.

The property was fine and as advertised. The WiFi is convenient. The overall experience was exactly what I needed it to be.

You need to repair the outdoor blinds for your window. They should close, but do not.
