The views from the restaurant, but that has nothing to do with the accomodation.
No jacuzzi. You search on Booking.com for accommodation in Las Hayas and then this one shows in the result with a photo of a jacuzzi outside with a view. It's not there. It goes with another appartment they manage. False advertising!
Also, the place was dirty. After a shower you would walk to your bed and your feet would already be black.
Unconfortable cheap beds.

Size of the room. The nature surrounding the accommodation. A/C with heating function. Great food (which is not included).
Room is pretty old. The floor wasn't clean, besides that smell after strong detergents. First picture of the hotel is misleading. Of course not all rooms have a whirlpool. Too expensive for what you get. It feels like a hiking hotel for one night.

Nice helpful personnel. Everything basic, nothing fancy but works perfectly well. You have the full house for yourself. It is spacy, have basic kitchen equipment, and the environment is extremely quiet. It is just on the trails of the national park. Finally, we had the best dinner in the restaurant!
There is a bit of a distance from the restaurant to the house, and the road is a bit rough. But this was no problem for us.

The location was great...the staff were friendly...
The accommodation was terrible...damp beds and bedding..damp tiles...beds very old and uncomfortable..bedding old and stained...no kitchen equipment to cook or prepare food or hot drinks...shower tray was broken...horrible place to stay...rebooked next place at 3am to move out at 8am...have placed a dissatisfied statement and awaiting my refund

Amazing location considering walking trails.
Also very good food in the restaurant.
We had a suite with jacuzzi and room service which worked out great.
Breakfast (additionally paid) was outstanding.
Breakfast came 30 min late.
The suite was cleaned ok, but some dead worms on the floors.

Beautiful place, almost 1000msl, very large house. No issues with parking. Very hot water in the bathroom.
Almost no views - blocked by nearby buildings. Quite humid, probably not used very frequently. Just basic kitchen equipment. Wifi present, but I forgot to ask for the password ...

To rate accommodation in Las Hayas, one must first say something about the island itself and the location of the accommodation. La Gomera is a fairly isolated island and the infrastructure is very limited. In addition, Las Hayas is located on the edge of a national park. Most of the island is located at a height where clouds form. The island looks a bit like a rainforest. I would recommend anyone who is bothered by high humidity conditions (due to clouds), animals of all kinds (due to the proximity of the national park) and underdeveloped infrastructure, to think twice about staying on this beautiful island and this location. Given the above, and also because I am a big nature lover, I think the 'Two-Bedroom Suite with Forest View and Hot Tub' is really great accommodation. I didn't mind the humidity or Tachypodoiulus niger inside the house, and bathing in a hot tub was amazing. However, while this type of accommodation is in another, separate and slightly dislocated house from the central location (which is Amparo restaurant), there are also rooms below the restaurant that I do not know in what condition those are. Since some have complained about the deposit, I must say that the deposit transaction was done in a professional way as anywhere else in the world. The deposit was charged to my card, and after the inspection the amount was returned to the card - and that is the correct way to pay for the deposit.
My only complaint is that it was a little too cold to stay and sleep after all. There is air conditioning with a heating function, but it was not enough to heat all the rooms. I recommend owners to provide at least thicker and warmer comforters. Also, Amparo has a restaurant, and you should offer a package that includes breakfast.

The television worked. There where enough towels.
The stand-in of the owner, who wasn’t there, was friendly and did what he could.
The location, nearby Alto de Garajonay and on the way of the GR 131.
The reception was a little bit chaotic, but it was due to employee-affairs if I understood correctly.
There was a lot of noise during the night and morning, mostly clapping doors.
Not so comfortably bed.
The restaurant was closed. No shops or other things in the neighbourhood. luckely there was 1 restaurant open at 100 metres from the hotel, Casa Efigenia, neither a very warm welcome, but the food was very good.

The location was perfect. Wonderful views from the house.

Great! Perfect place, cozy, peace.

Excellent location, quiet area with no noise or light pollution. Great base to explore the island.
Not a dislike more an even better if it had a kettle and a small oven or microwave.
