Very Clean. Good home cooking in the restaurant. Ask for the menu of the day. I found the starters very large. The meat is grilled on an open fire. The lamb is very good. There is an old fashioned charm about the hotel and restaurant. The owners make an effort to please. They care. They allowed us to choose the room we wanted too.
The rooms have excellent views across the river, village and the mountains. There is free parking right outside the building. The owners don’t speak English so it’s worth printing out your confirmation in Spanish and having google translate ready.
There wasn’t anything to dislike. I would stay here again and eat here again.

A lift to the upper floors would have been nice

This place is consistently excellent.
Lovely location, lovely staff, spotlessly clean, good food, nice rooms, comfortable bed, good shower. A very nice place to stay, as we have done on many occasions.

Stunning location, lovely staff, comfortable room with bathroom view onto the mountain river, the sound of which was both exhilarating with window open and soothing when closed. Good breakfast - can't comment on dinner as we ate elsewhere in the village.
Could have done with an extra bedside lamp but probably should have asked as I'm sure they'd have found one for us.

The view of hotel is really beautiful, we book this hotel for our French-Spain border sightseeing trip, and this hotel is surely one of the beautiful place in our trip. The staff doesn't communicate in English but still we set up all the things, and they provide lovely breakfast.
- The bedding coverage doesn't looks nice
- if opening the window the sound.from river is too loud, if not opening the window it's too hot inside

Staff were very accommodating ; some spoke better English than others, but we were always able to understand each other. Breakfast was great. .Bielsa is a beautiful village, well located for several Mountain walks. Plenty of parking and a gorgeous mountain view.
No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel with very nice hosts. A place to feel at home immediately. Very Spanish in the best way: warm and inviting people, comfortable restaurant with menu del dia, a real asador and a great breakfast. Behind the hotel is a mountain stream, and this is the only sound you hear all night. Makes up for a restful sleep.
Nothing.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice location.
Very hot in the room - heater on max when we arrived and it had been 20 degrees that day. We turned it off but still very warm all night. Couldn't open the window while sleeping as the river was loud. Also 2 thick blankets on the bed!
No AC in our room which in summer may be an issue.

We have stayed here many times over the years and it never disappoints.
What a lovely family, running a hotel that is spotlessly clean, comfortable and providing excellent food for breakfast and dinner.
Perfectly located on the Spanish/French border and in beautiful scenery.
Absolutely nothing to dislike

Brilliant place to stay - the owner (elderly couple) really offered great service and they even brought me to the local doctor (10 km away), stayed and waited and brought me back - they could just have called a taxi, but they really cared and "walked the extra mile" for us. Also nice food.
