Posizione fantastica,vista mare dal terrazzino impareggiabile. Colazione servita in camera tutta da godere. Staff gentile e cordiale, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta.

Just turn on your camera and enjoy of fabulous sea view!

if I want to talk about beauty and view, it is one of the most beautiful places I have seen. I think you will be surprised by the beauty of this hotel, along with the staff who try to help you feel good. The room was big with a great terrace.

the hotel was cold. the first room's radiators was not working properly and the staffs changed our room. in the second room we also felt cold although the air conditioner was turned on. Note that you have to go down the stairs to go to the hotel's lobby and there is no elevator.

Was very cold. No heating and the AC was not working properly and not making hot(only cold). No hot water in the shower(informed reception; they said some error in heater and will be ready in 20 min; nothing happened). The hotel was tired. The drainage for shower was clogged and all water was coming in the bathroom floor. Breakfast was very poor. We were questioned from evening what we want for breakfast(definitely not a 4 star service). Also the view was not like in the pictures. It felt like a 1 star hotel. Will definitely not come back and not recommending to anyone.

beautiful hotel but location not great but totally my own fault I should of researched better

beautiful, very clean, lovely staff, lovely breakfast, amazing views, nice walk down to the beach and marina (be very careful if it’s raining, the whole place is tiled and like a ice rink )

hard to get to , if you wanted to walk home you had to rush back from your evening meal as gate closed at 11pm and impossible to get taxi, also we arrived on same day as a wedding and felt like we were intruding and room wasn’t ready on arrival

What a view!

AMAZING view!!! Room was very nice and clean with a private balcony with a panoramic view of Vietri Sul Mare and the beach. Breakfast was okay but it could have more options. Very friendly staff too. Also it was good and safe that the back door was locked.

One of the receptionist was rude and was difficult to communicate since she didn’t speak english. (other receptionist and the waitress was very friendly and their english was perfect).

Do not stay here unless view and room are your main reasons for choosing a hotel.

Wonderful view of the Salerno Bay. The room was tastefully decorated and clean. A large balcony with table and chairs.

The staff were indifferent bordering on rudeness. There was much confusion about allocating our room. The first room we were taken to the staff couldn't open the door, then we were told that our room had been given to a visiting politician. The entrance to the hotel is down a flight of stairs with a locked door at the bottom. Difficult to negotiate for elderly people with suitcases. Another flight of stairs down leading to a miniature lift. No shampoo in the room, only body wash, not what you would expect from a four star (obviously self certified) hotel. During our stay there was a party with loud music until two in the morning which was compounded by the moving of furniture (chairs and tables scraping on the floor). Getting to sleep was challenging to say the least. On arrival we were were told that the restaurant was closed, presumably because of the party, and that breakfast would be served in the room, not in the dining room. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast and were given something else.

Ideal place in Vietri to make you smile during your vacay!

Parking without paying! The girl who welcomed us to the hotel. Kind with a smile! The view! The balcony! Breakfast in bed!

Italians dont speak English. Cleaning needs improvement. (Towels)

A good start for the Amalfi Coast

Reasonably priced, helpful staff, great water views from room, available parking.

Internet needs work - top floor is fine, lower floors (where rooms are located) was not good.

Beutiful balcony view but...

Great view from the balcony, stairs down to the beach.

The hotel claims its 10 minutes walk, however it's actually 25 minutes along narrow mountain roads. The bed had stains on and the bathroom wasn't completely clean. The breakfast was stale sweet food, so I requested fruit for the next morning. If you want anything you have to directly ask staff, instead of having services expected at a 4 star hotel. I asked the staff about bus times, and one of the staff was nice and wrote down the times. However, the staff aren't fully informed about buses and where to buy tickets.

Great location, otherwise dissapointing

Location was excellent and the views from the balcony were spectacular

Breakfast very disappointing - stale cakes and burnt croissants. Uncomfortable beds and pillows TV didn't work - technical difficulties according to the staff Very dated decor
