Escapada en León

La pensión se encuentra muy bien ubicada. Al lado de la misma hay un parking privado que no está mal de precio. Además pudimos alojarnos con nuestro perro y la propietaria fue muy amable

Las almohadas son muy finas y las paredes también, se oye al resto de huéspedes, pero nada que unos tapones no solucionen

Unica cosa positiva la posizione, veramente centrale.

Sono pellegrino del cammino di Santiago, non ho mandato i documenti come da lei richiesto via whatsapp e la proprietaria mi ha deriso dicendomi che potevo dormire per strada. Sono salito e ho trovato un posto vecchio e non ben tenuto, la cucina comune veramente inaccettabile e la mia stanza aveva un bagno da vergognarsi, piccolo e vecchio, peccato che non ho fatto la foto, era la stanza n.2. Non ho nemmeno pernottato, ero con le biciclette che avrei dovuto portare al 2 piano con l'ascensore (non so nemmeno se la mia ci sarebbe stata), ero talmente disgustato che ho preferito cambiare posto nonostante avessi già pagato.

I would definately stay here again for privacy and value for money

Good fairly quiet area just off main street but near everything. People setting up the breakfasts and cleaning were very friendly. My room had a comfortable double bed and was large. Breakfast was very good and I was impressed to other places I have stayed at along the 'Camino de Santiago'. Large shower and bathroom with towels.

Pensión bien situada para visitar la ciudad con todo lo necesario para pasar un par de noches. Buena relación calidad/precio. Desayuno correcto que te sirves tú mismo. No se puede pedir más por el precio que pagas.

Las almohadas son muy, muy bajas. En cuanto alguien se levanta para desayunar se acabó el poder dormir pues varias habitaciones están tocando a la cocina y al comedor y es inevitable no hacer ruido.

Las camas eran bastante cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio

Las instalaciones son antiguas en general, las ventanas y persianas de madera, una no se podía bajar. Las almohadas, muy bajitas, nada cómodas. Mejor llevar gel de ducha y champú porque sólo hay sobrecitos. No hay secador.

This room was a great value, but it had some oddities I wish I'd known beforehand. My biggest issue was that to access the rooms I needed to complete the pre check in forms online and be able to call a Spanish cell phone number and I wasn't made aware of this by the host until I was ready to check in. Since my international sim card didn't allow for phone calls, I couldn't open the door. When I contacted the host through booking.com it took over an hour and a half for them to respond and grant me access to the room. On a smaller level, while check out says 11:30 am, the cleaning crew arrived by 10:15 am. While they were very nice, they were clearly waiting on me right outside my room to leave so I felt pressured to leave earlier. Overall, still an excellent value. I paid 38 euro for a private room with an ensuite bathroom and a great kitchen. I'd recommend, as long as this works for your needs!

Pension in a good location for visiting the old city. Everything is online (so you have the fill in a webform to check-in, door is opened by a calling a telephone number, and breakfast is self-service). Room was clean, but as mentioned before the building is a bit noisy.

Room 5 is beautiful and has a super comfy mattress and great natural lighting.

Really poor communication - specifically the check in instructions were not sent through the Booking platform and because I have a different SIM while doing the Camino (my US number does not work in Spain), I had no idea they had been sent and there is no one on-site. The phone number on the door had no response. That number was different than the number in Booking. That number did have a response. It was really frustrating and could have been easily avoided by using the Booking platform. I also had to ask for the information about breakfast. The shared bathroom wasn't explained either. Small bars of hand soap which kept disappearing so I had to remember to bring my own soap with me every time I went to the bathroom (liquid would be much better in a shared bathroom).

A Gem that has everything you could want!

The beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of variety. There is an elevator if needed. The location is great.

It was a good location and the beds were comfy.

Did not see any staff. It was extremely noisy with street cleaners, other guests and passing public until early hours of the morning. Breakfast ..there was nothing left but a cup of tea and a little pre packed cake.

Cozy apartments, you feel like at home. Everything is within easy reach, there is an underground parking lot nearby, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away. Very friendly staff. Arrival in the evening can be arranged.

Lovely service and staff nice breakfast but very noisy area

The staff were amazing the best of our trip. The room was big and the breakfast was wonderful

The location was shocking above a bar that was still serving drinks at 4.30 in the morning. So so noisy take ear plugs. The bathroom was ok but the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. The walls were very thin beware

highly recommend- will stay here every time I’m in León

Was one of the best places I stayed in Spain, if not the best. Characterful old building- but not run-down. well decorated, really clean. great location. kitchen available to use. can’t say a work bad about it, was great. lovely staff too. I will 100% stay here when I am in León next.
