Bathrooms need an update

The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach which was perfect for little kids. Close to Australia Zoo and Noosa. The apartment itself was small, but had 2 bathrooms which was good. Had a little beach trolley that was handy. Pool was ok.

The bathrooms were very outdated and the tiles looked like they needed a really good clean, but this was just the type of style I think. The bathroom did stink, a lot. The drain was particularly bad and the curtain wasn't on properly. There was also a measuring jug that had dried food on it in the cupboard.

Ideal location but a bit disappointed with the lack of maintenance in the unit.

Couldn't fault the staff. The location perfect. Secure parking. Fantastic views.

The unit we stayed in was very dated. General repairs and maintenance don't seem to have been carried out.

View was spectacular

Air con was not effective and it is a very hot apartment. There were a few things that needed fixing around the building. Received an email the day before we arrived that the spa was not working. This seems to be a common occurrence.

Great location and spacious apartment

The spacious apartment with large rooms with lots of storage options. The pool was lovely as well. The location was great, nice and convenient being close to everything.

We checked on on Saturday and, although check in is at 2pm, reception was closed.

Nice little break

It was central to shops and restaurants and the view was lovely. It is not flash but not expensive either. It would be good with kids. Quiet location so you can sleep with the windows open.

Parking was very tight but better than some. Some minor cleanliness issues - windows dirty, spider webs on ensuite ceiling, marks on wall and on cushions.

Outstanding value, excellent location and magnificent views.

We booked a one bedroom apartment for a 5 night stay at Centrepoint Apartments Caloundra. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The ocean view was magnificent and the location was ideal for shops and restaurants as well as beautiful beaches and walks. Although the apartment is not directly on the waterfront, it does not take away from the magnificent view across to Bribe Island. As far as value for money was concerned, the apartment was very affordable and excellent value. We would not hesitate to book with them again and would return in a heartbeat.

Some minor cleaning issues but nothing that could not be dealt with in a matter of seconds.

Great view walking distance to restaurants IGA and Crumbz for breakfast next door.

Our apartment was disappointing and horrible. I booked a "Delux" ocean view. The view was there that was about it. The walls had sheets of pressed metal attached, which you find on tradies utes it looked like a pub. Furniture average and worn, one champagne glass to offer, saucepans with handles hanging off and mismatched crockery. You pay the big money you expect better.

Carpets didn't look vacuumed upon arrival neither did the floors seem like they had been mopped. Out dated room decor and over furnitured..there was a bench seat on our balcony close to railing which was not good for little ones.

The Apartment was more than we expected.

The apartment was well set with views towards the waterfront, somewhat obstructed by other apartment blocks but still good to look out. The place was very clean and with everything we required and more. The location to cafes and shops is excellent with ample choices for dining, in the main street and along the waterfront. Bus interchange directly across the street.

A couple more porter trolleys would be handy - none available when we arrived, and if there is only one when I took it to load out from the unit others would have missed out. The location of the light switches in our unit were in odd places - took us a little while to find the main light switch in the bedroom.

Great spot right in the middle of Caloundra, would definitely book again.

Fantastic location, walking distance to shops including IGA and plenty of places to eat. We went to a show at the Event Centre and it was an easy walk. The bus station just across the road took us to Mooloolaba without worrying about driving and parking. lovely view over the water and spit. There is a easy track that takes you all the way to Kings Beach. Although we didn’t use it the pool area was nice and had plenty of seating.

The parking is very tight, you have an allocated spot, just be careful of all the posts.
