Very enjoyable

It was very easy to find, the room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was okay. The food both breakfast and evening meal were good and the staff helpful.

The bathroom was a little small and the shower was a little slow in comparison to our own, but basically nothing to complain about.

Met expectations but awful breakfast.

The hotel was perfectly decent in most ways and very pleasant staff. Clean room and good size, good parking and a nice outdoor space.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, it was awful. The so called scrambled eggs on brown toast looked like powdered eg fried in oil, and tasted terrible. I had to take it back and ask for our money back. The vegetarian sausage sandwich was equally bad, dripping in oil. Not recommended.

Pleasant stay just off the m5

All the staff were very friendly and the beds were very comfortable.

We only had a shower in our room which was in a small cubicle which meant we couldn't bath our toddler.

Comfortable stay for a few nights

All over all we had a nice stay. Nice Bar with a good choice of drinks and food. Friendly staff.

Great value and excellent service

Room was nice and clean and the facilities were all good. Food was of a good standard and overall excellent value for money. Bed was very comfortable had great night sleep.

Nothing really apart from a few minor issues related to water pressure in shower and no bath mat.

Lovely stay, easy location near motorway

Quiet, Comfy bed, friendly helpful manager . Eating places nearby. Good location.

Just would have been nice to have breakfast available otherwise fine. Although pub attached open from next week

Such a amazing and friendly team in the bar will definitely be going again

Had evening meal which was excellent,amazing bar staff Jade,Lol,phoebe, meg and keiran you are all amazing ,looking forward to are next stay

Went for evening meal at 7.15 and was told kitchen was closed as they had run out of food after receptionist telling us we could have evening meal up until 8.30pm

Nice well located hotel.

Nice clean hotel with all the expected comforts. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it.

Dinner was average, but I did arrive quite late

Super friendly, homely and good value.

Every single member of staff could not be any more friendly and a joy to speak to. They could not do any more to make you feel sooo welcome and happy. The food portions were perfect, no overfilled plates wasting food. The menu was brilliant for all meals. The rooms were perfect. We cant wait to go back because we felt so at home there. X

Going home. We had such a good time. There was nothing to dislike.

nice easy location good value comfortable stay

bedroom was not set up for 3 people although booking stated 3 people, sofa bed had no sheet or pillow case and the quilt had blood on it! would have said this to a staff member but by the time we realised no one was in the property to help us.

Disappointing

The location was good

The pillows were stained, the floor around the toilet seat were dirty and the furniture had peeled edges ie room table/desk and the bathroom, The Aircon was not working and there was a small fan provided which was inadequate for the room.

below average and not worth the money for a rubbish night sleep

good location and plenty of parking. outdoor play area in the pub garden which is good for kids

the room was so hot without windows that could be opened. the blinds on the ceiling windows were broken so the room was bright by 5:45 waking up our daughter

Well what can I say we had a fantastic time all the staff are friendly and very attentive food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble Fitz's and Anna are doing a great job we came all the way from essex and would most definitely go back just to see everyone again

Tea Pots for coffee and tea Drinks we’re going cold by time breakfast arrived. Butter instead of Flora. Breakfast was first rate with plenty of choice very enjoyable.
