La casa está muy bien ubicada y todo excelente no tengo nada de quejas ,lo recomiendo mucho.

Me gusto todo,la atención ,la tranquilidad y la cama muy muy cómoda,todo muy limpio y se sentía como en casa,Esther muy amable y el chico que me recibió muy amable y atento,volveré a repetir.

Exceptional

Very nice people, silence, supermarket few meters away, very clean, all I needed was there, everything worked fine, modern appartment. I enjoyed to walk to the beach everyday (about one hour) and took the bus back, easy connection, can take the bus both ways. Very close to the city's main walking street: coffee, shopping...but far enough not to hear a sound. Wish to come again.

The location was very good many places for shopping, the Spar is just in 25 m. Even on Christmas Eve the was 5 minutes to walk until the minimarket open until 22:00.

The kitchen is not so equipped as we expected. There was an big refrigerator, but the coffee machine and Cooking plate not working properly. In the apartment water is not potable, smelled bad. In 14 days cleaning personell was just 3 time when they change the towels but never the bad sheets.

Location was pretty okay and it was what you expected inside

The person who checked us in explained everything to my guest , not me and I didn't know what to do with the keys or trash. It said here on booking that Drivers license was acceptable but was pressured for my passport on arrival and told I'd maybe have to leave despite formally only asking for one form of ID. also they took pics of my DL when I had already filled in the pre arrival form with all the details for both of us. It struck me as a little suspicious, I've travelled alot all over the world, and the canaries multiple times at various types of accomodation and no one has ever taken a copy/photo of any official and sensitive documents. Hot water was limited , did not get a warm shower long enough to wash myself. Walls were paper thin and could hear people washing dishes next door , I'm just thankful that's all they were doing. Fine for a night but wouldn't recommend long term.

A spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed

Great apartment - spacious and clean, and a very comfortable bed. The hosts didn't speak English, but we could understand from gestures and a few English/Spanish words what the other one meant, so it wasn't a problem. Location was good - 5 minutes away from a bus stop. They also had a couple good restaurants around them - from the host's recommendations we tried Restaurant Hummus, which was good. But we LOVED another restaurant nearby named Taberna Emilio, which we found based on their excellent reviews. If you stay here, definitely go there for at least one meal. Overall, great experience!

Hotel like

This apartment is wonderful. It's huge and has everything you need and more. The host was nice, he showed us everything. There's a lot of parking space and a supermarket across the street.

Overall ok stay

Grocery store SPAR just 2 sec walk from apartment. Very clean and tidy. Nice colourful apartment. Bus stops to go to south or north are at 5 min walk. They allowed to leave the luggage at the reception, on the last day.

Bed was not that comfortable. No dishwasher in the property, but the cleaning staff did the dishes but we were not told they would, so the first day we had to wash the dishes. No views from the windows and no balcony- it’s pretty enclosed apartment. No washing powder in the apartment, so no use of washing machine, if you are staying only for 2-3 days.

Great, comfortable, warm-hearted

The whole apartment was in a very great condition, with all the necessary furniture and equipment we needed. The regular cleaning service was also great and super friendly! The host even introduced us the bus stations for traveling north or south, and some popular restaurants nearby. Everything is great!

Clean comfortable apartment, free parking

Booked this apartment one day before arrival and were not disappointed. Very bright spacious comfortable apartment which has everything you need. Cleaning is done daily, any requests are fulfilled instantly . Located in a small town with many cafes and shops, halfway from the airport to the southern beaches. Spar across the street. No problem with free parking.

Excellent value

Vecindario is a great place to start out from and come home to in the evening. All the buses run regularly and were within short walking distance of the apartment. The supermarket over the road is friendly and fun. Restaurant Humus serves excellent food. It's an absolute must. The hosts' recommendations can be trusted completely.

There was nothing I did not like about the apartment. Perhaps one or two more radio stations on the satellite TV might have been nice. But really, nothing not to like. I would suggest not eating out in some of the cheaper looking cafe-restaurants near beaches near Vecindario. Rather to eat out at the restaurants recommended by the hosts at EmyCanarias. Money better spent. The mixed seafood paella at Restaurant Humus nearly made me cry with joy.

The appartment is comfortable and well equipped.

The location is in a residential area which looked a little run down but it is close to the commercial centre for shops and restaurants and on the bus route for the airport.
