Most of these hotels give bad rooms to customers booking through site.

Breakfast ok no choice of spread just limited to 2 or items. Location good

Poor maintenance of rooms. This is routine guest complains

Almost all things... Bathrooms are too small.

Food rates. Too high... As compared to nearby any restaurant within 200-500 mtrs.. If they can come down to rates... All guests will take food there only.

Overall, a good stay for its location and price

Breakfast did not match the expectations! Some better fruit , snacks or South Indian food should be offered. Also coffee machine could make a good difference

Staff - The receptionist was very arrogant. I booked hotel for me and my sister and also I asked for two single beds. Neither my request was followed moreover he bluntly asked what is the relationship with lady I came

Good experience overall

The staff is amazing !! The ambience is good. Food is delicious. They are readily available if we need any assistance. The hotel was very safe. Coming from the state of MP, I didn't feel even a slight discomfort while I was alone on the roof at 1 am.

The AC was not working. One bed even had little bugs on it. Wifi is limited to 2 people only. For the price of rooms, the room and the bathroom are not spacious. But all in all it was a good stay.

Rooms were very much comfortable and Food tasty. Complementary Breakfast was the cherry on Top.

Food prices were in little higher part. Non- veg food have less option. Introduction of Pure Gujrati food may be a Key to entertain to traveller from other states.

Far worse than what I expected. Avoid this hotel.

Breakfast was decent. Staff at breakfast good.

AC really bad and had to change rooms twice as AC was not working. Flush stopped working at night. No help provided as maintenance is available after 10 am. Pathetic emergency service. Person at reception was insisting on payment of advance saying that it was a new policy but due to poor show of AC and flush did not follow up. All bills settled at checkout.
