Great location, helpful front desks and clean facilities made it our preferred hotel.

The breakfast was good even though the choices were not very wide but this is to be expected from an "Express" hotel. Tables were set outside the dining room and this is great for those of us who are still worried of catching Covid while travelling.

Only two small bottles of drinking water were given after each room cleaning. Many of us still preferred bottled water even though we were told we can drink straight from tap.

Not the best bargain but will do in a pinch. Great location though.

Staff generally unfriendly. Hotel furnishings (carpet, bed) were dated. Our bedroom and bathroom were very small with tissue holder poking the wc user. White towels were not white. Breakfast was buffet style and satisfactory. Did not present itself as a good value.

每天早餐都不一樣，多樣化。交通距離百貨公司不到5min很方便，走出來就到了，距離最近的捷運站orchard MRT 也很近走路15min內就到了，很方便。

Well, good for family stay. Thumbs up.

Perhaps with current ongoing renovation works that space was quite limited but no give impact on the comfortness for staying.

地理位置绝佳。地铁公交都跟方便，房间大小也合适，淋浴很舒服，床很舒服，晚上很安静，睡得很香。服务态度也很好，早餐也不错！总之很满意！

Kahvaltısı yurtdışındaki otellerde beklenen kahvaltı performansına göre iyiydi. Doymanız gereken herşey hatta fazlası bile vardı. Konumu mükemmeldi. Caddeye ve otobüs durağına sadece 1 dk mesafesindeydi. Her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Fiyatına göre oldukça başarılı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Our stay was pleasant the staff were accommodating and the hotel was clean

The breakfast had a good variety to cater for all nations and diets. The fruit juices were sugary and artificial and would have preferred fresh fruit juices.

I would have loved to have a late night snack something simple like a toasted sandwich. We had to go into the street to find a 7/11 store but we could only buy packet noodles and had to add hot water

・ロケーションの良さ。Orchard駅、Somerset駅どちらからでも徒歩圏内。周辺にはショッピングモールが多く、買い物や食事に全く困らなかった。・ソファベッド付の3人で泊まれる部屋に滞在したが、そこそこの広さでのんびりくつろげた。・フロントやレストランのスタッフはフレンドリーで、話しやすかった。・朝ご飯は洋食中心だが、フルーツの種類が多く、満足しました

・3人部屋に泊まり、フェイスタオルとハンドタオルだけ2人分の用意だったのがちょっと残念だった（バスタオルは3人分あったので全く問題なかった）・早朝にエレベーターホールからの火災報知機の緊急アラートが鳴り、30分ぐらい不安だった（定期的にメッセージは流れていた）

Great location! Quiet, had a good sleep

Strange bathroom/ toilet set up. No night lights- going to the bathroom at night means lighting up the entire room. Queen size bed only. No plug near the bed on one side. Gym is in open air- very hot.

There’s a variation in daily breakfast, unlike other express hotels wherein they have same menu everyday . The staff are so accommodating, specially the cleaners .

The bathroom is small , water from the shower goes outside even the door is closed.
