台風でホテル滞在が長かったがショッピングやティータイムを優雅に過ごせた。

夕食のケータリングの質が高かった。昼の喫茶室のクオリティが高かった。

和食の朝食が今一だった。でも、夕食のケータリングはとても良い。美味かった。改善出来るはず。

Overpriced and overrated.

The staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast was tasty and wide-ranged The beach was clean and safe

There was an awful smell of humidity and dust in the room. We asked to change our room and a new room was proposed, but it smelled just the same. The furniture and interior seemed old, it seems that there has been no renovation since the hotel was built. Although, the hotel had 3 restaurants, there was still queue every morning in each one of them. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, but is very isolated from the main road, so it is advisable to rent a car, if you want to stay there.

本來寄予厚望.才會在這連住4晚...結果是蠻失望的..號稱4-5星級...實際感受.3星比較合理!! .跟前3晚住的新飯店.比較..真的天壤之別.... 希望這30年飯店要加油!!

私人的海灘.可以沙灘漫步.游泳也可以浮潛玩船..真的很難得!!

1.飯店內的按摩師.非常不專業.有氣無力.要求用力一點.也沒用.1小時.感覺在折磨! 前後1小時.連一杯水也沒奉上! 按摩環境很差.非常不推薦! 浪費時間金錢!! (隔天另外去大賣場的按摩.CP值超高.專業.親切.很推荐!!) 2.可能是30年老飯店..個人猜想是地毯的問題.很多地方都有發霉味.甚至尿騷味.經過反映.雖然換了一間房間.味道隱約還在....很不舒服!! 房間內沒窗簾.是木造的百葉窗.一大早就非常亮....有點困擾...

Entschleunigender Kuraufenthalt in großem Strandhotel

Großzügiges Zimmer und Terrasse. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch o.K. Vor den beiden Frühstücksrestaurants muss man bis zu 30 Minuten warten. Man zieht ein Nümmerchen und dann geht es der Reihe nach. Dafür gibt es nachher keine langen Schlangen an den Stationen des Buffets. Der Strand ist schön und gepflegt, das Wasser kristallklar. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Englischkenntnisse sollte man allerdings nicht voraussetzen. Aber es wird immer freundlich gelächelt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Ohne eigenes Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, wenn man von der Insel mehr sehen will als die unmittelbare Umgebung. Touren werden nicht angeboten. Für eine Minitour zum Kap Zumba kann man sich im Field House ein Fahrrad mieten. Der kleine Ort Yomitan ist zu Fuß in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es einen modernen Supermarkt mit einem Taxistand vor der Tür, so dass man auf dem Rückweg seine Einkäufe nicht schleppen muss, Will man mehr von der Insel sehen, kann man sich ein Taxi mieten. Sechs Stunden kosten etwa 180 €.

Schönes Familienhotel

Verschiedenen Restaurants im Hotel waren sehr lecker. Sehr familienfreundlich. Nettes Personal Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten. Wunderschöner Strand und tolles Café fußläufig zu erreichen

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurant Preise sind sehr teuer. Man braucht einen Mietwagen - drumherum ist nicht viel.

A nice hotel in a lovely location, but choose your room carefully

The beach, the pool area and the view from my room were lovely. The location was good, it was a quiet area and less developed than other parts of Okinawa. If you have a car, this is a great location from which to explore the whole island both north and south

My room although it had a lovely view and was a good size, was very dated and smelled musty. I realised too late that the premier rooms have been refurbished so suggest if you can afford to pay a bit more, book one of these rooms. It will make your stay more pleasant. Breakfast was good, but a bit crowded…going off peak times is suggested. Not a lot of options for dinner in the hotel if you don’t want to pay $$$ and no bar for evening drinks. If you don’t have a vehicle you may find the location of the hotel a bit isolated.

很幸運遇到飯店幫我升等，住在升等的房型覺得很開心

視野很美，看出去有游泳池、沙灘，很舒服！餐廳有三個選擇，只可惜出遊待太晚，在飯店的時間太少了

離市區有點遠，需要在路途就先買好宵夜，不然半夜餓沒得吃

房間乾淨舒適，空間寬敞，推薦訂海景房景色優美，早餐很好吃，很適合多住二到三天遊玩飯店設施。早餐台灣人較適合西式早餐「VERDEMAR」，或挑日西合併Buffet「HANAHANA」有營業時間住宿會最完美。

Top Lage, Schöner Strand und Hotel

Hübsche Gärten und Poollandschaft Sauberer Privat-Strand Freundliches und angenehmes Spa Viele Shops und kleiner Supermarkt im Hotel Nähe zur Foodmall (fußläufig 5min) Französisches Restaurant und Hana Restaurant haben eine tolle und große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Nicht alle Restaurants hatten geöffnet. Das Hana-Buffetrestaurant bietet exakt das gleiche Angebot jeden Abend an. Etwas langweilig und wenig Auswahl ohne Fisch. Die Restaurants sind für die Auswahl sehr teuer.

Schlechtes Preis Leistungsniveau

Lage

Lage ist gut, Personal spricht kein Englisch was sehr nervenaufreibend ist, nach putzen des Zimmers Toilette immer noch nicht sauber, kein Zimmerservice, keine Flexibilität (wenn Restaurant morgens noch nicht geöffnet, dann gibt es halt auch kein Kaffee, abends ab 21 Uhr nach Schließung Restaurant kein Essen und nichts mehr), Uber wird abgeschalten damit teuere Taxis immer nur vom Hotel geholt werden, eine Dame die Praktikum macht, konnte englisch und hat einiges zumindest gut machen können, aber ist nur eine Ausnahme bzw. Glücksfall, das Bett ist katastrophal, zu hart und ich habe Tage lang nicht schlafen können wegen Rückenschmerzen

泊まってみたかったホテルでしたので、満足です。また泊まりたいです。

ホテル自体の雰囲気が良く、お部屋も広い。朝食も種類が多く美味しいです。ベルの方はとても親切でした！

チェックイン時の担当の方の声が小さくてあまり聞こえなかったのか、説明が不十分でした。

令人放鬆的度假酒店

公共設施維護的非常好，看不出來已經是歷史悠久的飯店。

房間一些細節的乾淨度可以再加強，雖然不是常用的地方，例如立燈、床架裝飾凹槽、吊扇等會有明顯灰塵。但整體而言的整潔度仍然不錯。

早餐真的跟傳聞中一樣…超豐富，住了8天，有三家早餐可選，我們最愛西式早餐，cp值不錯，但下次會嘗試其他間。

設施跟整體環境都很棒，異國風情，特別悠閒。

大廳前台的英文溝通不是順暢，大家有任何問題要特別確認及再次溝通！

Urgent Renovation Needed

The room was big and comfortable; Breakfast had good quality and a wide variety (including local specialties); Some few areas are nicely decorated (the main lobby and the lounge, for example)

Well, where should I start? Information in English was often non existing, and only a few employees were able to communicate in English (although most tried to be helpful); There’s not a single bar where one can sit and have a drink after dinner (the lounge would be the perfect location); No transfer service available; Beach towels weren’t much bigger than hand towels; The beach closed very early; The beach bar is a joke (very poor food and drinks); The rooms are worn out and outdated; Food selection isn’t great overall, and food is expensive; Definitely not a 5-star hotel by any standards…

Resort room is so uncomfortable for kid’s and family! Tv bed toilet room is so old!

Environment is so good

but it doesn’t work public pool! That’s a had a point of this resort! Whoever didn’t tell me May14-17 it doesn’t work a pool! I’ve still stressed now! I want to cashback! We are went to a lot of beach! Nikko’s beach is not clear and it’s unneccessary dor us! We want just a pool!

Wonderful and most memorable stay

Everything was perfect.its a paradise.u feel like u r in heaven.the beach is so clean...white sand...kids can do fishing also....the relation pool was beautiful and literally relaxing....steam bath was icing on the cake.... the restaurant staff was lovely, helpful,welcoming and best of all.the food was finger licking good. There are shops for gifting,daily needs,and luxury items... The shop in the basement -"diya: is very resourceful..if u need milk or other staples. There is an activity centre also..where kids can paint and take away their work also. Room was very big and sea facing...at night the lights made the view even amazing.
