Lage ist super, direkt in der Altstadt
Freundliches Personal

I was given a room with bunker bed.
I was expecting a regular bed.
The mattress on the lower bunder bed sinks in the middle part.
I couldn't sleep well, so I slept on the floor instead. thank goodness the weather was cool so I escaped the cold.

The breakfast options were extraordinary. The shower was great. Beds were clwan and comfortable.
The parking options were severely problematic (the promise was free parking on site, but we had to use public parking and pay, which resulted in us getting a fine). The stairs were uncomfortable for kids (hostel should install rails on both sides).

Location is excellent, and the room was sufficiently comfortable to sleep in since most time was spent looking around the city. The 24/7 breakfast was thoughtful and well-provided, as was the reliable wi-fi. The staff was super-helpful and friendly.
The bathrooms could be better appointed / maintained, but were sufficient for use. The absence of an elevator should be communicated clearly in the listing. It is an old property that has been renovated, but some parts are old and one just has to adjust a bit.

Friendly staff, modern, clean and fresh, good beds, good kitchens, the 24/7 help-yourself breakfast included was excellent idea. Location.is very good. I really enjoyed my stay.
If I have to find something .... Maybe upstairs there was a bit queuing to toilets. Also I am quite sensible to noise and there happened to be some music party in the street nearby. Luckily we were given earplugs.

The location is marvellous and breakfast is a huge advantage here. I could prepare something on my own if I wanted.

Kids loved bunk beds! There were three of them in a room and kids had a lot of fun chosing a bed for sleeping.
We liked that in a kitchen there were lots of food which was included into the price.
Location is amazing. You leave the building and you’re in the old town.
Very cosy corridor, because kids can draw on the walls.
Shared WC. Would be nice to have a private one, but for a hostel it’s just fine.
Shower door was not very stable and sometimes could not be easily moved to each other, but I personally do not consider this as a big issue.
Had to pay for a car parking, but in ~200 meters there were a parking zone which cost only 2.5€ per hour, which is not expensive at all for a location in the old town.

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff.
Be advised - although it says nowhere - the bathroom/wc is shared for the whole floor, which was not a nice suprise.
