I had a great couple of days with my daughter and grandkids, it would of been excellent if the motel staff were friendly

It was clean and close to my family

I thought the receptionist was not friendly or helpful, very curt with her answers. I didn’t really feel very welcome. Customer service is essential for repeat, unfortunately I will probably find alternative arrangements next time. Also $450 for 2 nights in Ayr I find excessive, it’s not the Gold Coast.

Comfortable and clean facilities. Checking in and out was an easy process. Great sized bathroom. The make up mirror was an added bonus.

We won't be back

The room was spacious and the bathroom modern.

The walls were paper thin. We could hear the person having sex with what we presume was paid for as she didn't stay. The TV pixalated to the point we asked for someone to come and see what was happening. One girl came up and couldn't see how to fix it and said she'd send up another who never arrived. We ended up having to download from our tablets to watch TV. We have now cancelled our return stay.

Location terrific for my work. I enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Really, the fact that you have a nice restaurant is a big reason for my choice to stay.

A very clean & modern facility that I would recommend

The relatively recent renovation, parking was good.

There was an odd smell outside the room entry. A little less sterile in furnishings to make more pleasing comfort wise. No ceramic plates & cutlery.

The dinner at the restaurant was fabulous especially the potato and leek soup. Everything was great except a little bit more soundproofing required between rooms. I would stay again.

Food and staff friendly. Need better soundproofing in the rooms.

Reception was very friendly, professional and pleasant. Meal was lovely. Really liked the in-house approach to eco friendly products

great clean motel.

cleanliness was the most important.

they don’t service the rooms on weekends but didn’t tell us when we checked in. we were there from Friday to Monday had to ring the manager when we got back to get fresh towels and some tea and milk. maybe over the weekends, extra supplies to be put in . especially if the same guests are staying for four days.
