The location was ideal for us. It was in close proximity to most things that we needed.
The standard of room is not good value for money. I get it's all about location and London is expensive but the location is hardly premier location with amazing facilities.

No.Staff are very rude and unprofessional
I would not recommend this for anyone

This was the second time we used ibis. It gave us value for money, privacy, friendly atmosphere with a helpful staff. Hot water facility was given during whole day. It is centrally located with easy accessibility to all modes of transport and pedestrianized marketing facilities in which all shopping and banking facilities available. The room and the entire premises was kept very cleaned condition and daily change of linen much appreciated
Room is too small, and there was no adequate facility for luggage etc.,

Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly .
Car park next to the Ibis was really helpful and not expensive for London
The room was like a prison, the toilet was a box the shower you could be watched due to the massive hole in the door and the frosted glass was pointless. The TV kept randomly turning on and had to turn it off at the plug and the room was like a sauna

The price and location. Short walk to the Piccadilly Underground , shops and restaurants. Close to Heathrow airport. (A little too close when the Jets fly by at 6am). The bed was comfortable and had nice pillows. Security was good and there was a little restaurant downstairs. Staff were polite.
The toilet seat was broken and the floor was a bit slimy from some sort of cleaner or disinfectant maybe?

Everything is fine
it is impossible to use the phone on charging because there is only one plug and it is far from the bed

The staff were all lovely. This was the only good thing about the property and our experience
It is NOTHING like the reviews on booking.com. The rooms are minuscule and poorly designed. Not a single thing to create comfort - the opposite it seems. The shower with frosted glass opens DIRECTLY in to living room. The bathroom is a ventless box with barely enough room to turn around. I am 5’4 and 150lbs and it was a struggle. My son has a rash on his face from the pillow. There were drunk men in the halls banging on doors at 11pm. Security was called, I almost called the police. Yes it’s close to Heathrow but it’s in a very rough area where it isn’t even recommended to go out at night. There are really no restaurants Sarah d anyway. We were thoroughly depressed by the time we left - it is not what you want to experience while in London. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $10 a night on the Travelodge up the street.

Gute Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz.
Katastrophale Wi-Fi Verbindung.

Affordable, clean triple room with accessible bathroom. The Market Place across the street was an excellent place to pick up dinner, offering a variety of ethnic foods. Breakfast was good, but selection was limited. Very close to the airport from the train station.
It was several blocks from the train station. Hounslow from the train station to the property was a bit sketchy, with a few rough looking characters. In the morning, a homeless person came in and helped himself to an armful of pastries from the breakfast room. Staff was afraid to confront him. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Room clean. Good location for going to Twickenham Rugby Stadium (about 30 mins walk). Breakfast was okay - buffet style.
Rooms are very small. TV signal wasn't very good at night although it did improve in the morning. Would have been nice to have facilities in room to make a hot drink and also another pillow each. Planes going into Heathrow are noisy. We had to use local shopping centre to park which closed overnight and a car near ours was broken into so it isn't very secure.

Location was good for what we wanted. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was clean.
I booked a 3 person room. One bed was a bunked, and at the age of 50, it was a challenge due to the steps being vertical and a small gap to get through. No aircon as such, so git too warm and window had to be shut due to being on a busy road and an alarm going off in the early hours. Got a fan the next night from reception. One the plus, I didn't expect much. A kettle would have been nice. Rooney very small for 3 adults and was a struggle
