Halte agréable hors du centre ville

L'accueil. La bouilloire et les sachets de Café et tisane dans la chambre. Le parking sécurisé . L'accès facile depuis l'autoroute Le rapport qualité prix.

Supprimer la moquette un mini frigo serait top!

Bon établissement

Emplacement pratique avec le tramway au pieds de l’hôtel, entre le centre ville et la périphérie. Parking privé à un prix très correct.

Insonorisation avec l’extérieur moyenne.

En retard pour partir le dimanche matin (réveil n'a pas focntionné :( ), téléphone chambre non-branché et non vu de ma part. Donc à peine bonjour à l'acceuil pour rendre ma carte et la fille qui dit avoir appelé 2 fois, cela fait 20 Euros (12h20) pas très sympathique. Je ne lui ai pas demandé en retour 20 Euros pour la poubelle de champbre qui n'était pas vidée à l'arrivée. De lui dire que j'étais cliente du groupe etc.... Bref je n'ai rien payé. Je vais garder en mémoire l'accueil de la veille, le garçon absoument charmant et disponible

L'emplacement face au tramway. Grande chambre. Personnel de l accueil très agréable.

Lit pour enfant pas confortable c'est un lit 90cm composé de 2 matelas rassemblé. Petit déjeuner chers pour la qualité proposé (pain, croissant... pas très bon) Demande d'une chambre loin des escaliers... ma chambre était juste à côté... Demande d'annulation du parking réservé, on m a répondu qu'il n y avait pas de soucis que c'était un message automatique et le parking était facturé (enlevé à ma demande). Dommage qu'on ne prenne pas de temps de vérifier avant de répondre !

Good price but improvements are needed

The location is good. The tram station is in front of the hotel and it's only a couple of stops till the city centre. There is a private parking for 10€.

The breakfast was modest, there were no vegetables. The air conditioner was switched on with a very cold mode and it was very cold in the room. It wasn't possible to open the window. We were given only 2 big towels and no towels for hands. Also there was no place where we could dry them so we used hangers. My husband told me that the staff wasn't friendly to him but I didn't have that feeling.

Nice, clean budget hotel

Clean room, comfortable bed, polite staff. It's a budget hotel, that's acceptable for 1 night

Had to postpone our leave, which messed up our schedule for the day, because parking spots that were not a actually available were "reserved" and we were blocked by someone else's car for more than an hour. Not all light were working in the room.

very poor soundproofing. we were on second floor and we woke up at 6.30 for tremendous noise probably due to the breakfast preparation . not suitable for soft sleepers

we survived

the location

there was no parking. a pretty basic breakfast that was charged separately. for my purpose I needed 2 rooms twinbeds, parking and breakfast. I got 2 double rooms no parking an a poor paid for breakfast. this should cost around 200 and it ended up being 300. lesson learned. on the other hand my week earlier booking.in lyon was perfect. so my expectations were high. a large part is your website if I select the above you actually recommended this hotel as top.

Slightly disappointing after several previous excellent visits

Excellent location with tram stop outside for quick Dijon centre access. Good, secure on-site parking (if pre-booked)

The rooms were clean. breakfast was alright it could be better by adding scrambled eggs. We did not use the parking. thanks

Nothing really, except, we came in late from outing and the doors were lock. We had to stay outside for a while before they were opened.
