Photo trompeuses, il n’y a ni piscine ni spa contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur les photos. La propreté laisse à désirer, notre couverture sentait mauvais et n’avait manifestement pas été lavée depuis un certain temps. Le petit dej était tout aussi mauvais

Worst hotel experience of my entire life. Ruined Albania for me.

First of, reading the other comments here and knowing my experience Booking.com need to delist this property immediately as it is a scam and shady as hell. I booked 3 nights, €60 in a deal (said the right price was €160 or something) so I thought I got a bargain, 4 stars, amazing. It’s not 4 stars, 2 at most. When I went to check in the price was now €90 as there was €9 a night city tax that ONLY APPLIES TO THIS HOTEL. This is a scam and needs to be called out. When I asked if I could cancel the reservation the shockingly bad receptionist boy said I’d be charged in full for cancelling. I was stuck there for 3 days. Oh, then the card machine conveniently only accepts Leke and surprise surprise their exchange rate at the hotel is not accurate and robs you out another €5. I’m almost certain my complaining led me to be given a room on the top floor that have not been renovated. The air con didn’t work and the water tank in the toilet leaked. For the first time ever I asked to be moved rooms and was given one on the 3rd floor. Much better but still nowhere near 4 stars. The prices in the minibar are on par with what you’d pay in a Las Vegas nightclub, the location is average at best, they have threats everywhere that is anything happens then want money, €5 to clean the room, a weird sign at reception saying checkout is 8 am, just everything about this place was shocking. It genuinely ruined Albania for me, was meant to be in Albania for at least a week but after my enforced 3 days in (the admittedly dull) Tirana I went to Montenegro. I now use Agoda to book hotels too as this angered me so much. And I never did find out why the bottle was on the light in the bathroom

Definitely don't stay in this hotel.

The location was not awful. There are some bars and ok restaurants nearby.

Problems started with the check in. I came to the hotel late at night and it took forever to check me in. The room itself was terrible. There were significant issues with cleanliness (for example, cigarette buds all over the balcony). The water tank in the bathroom was leaking, and when I pointed out to that, the staff just did nothing. The AC did not work and it was impossible to sleep.

absolutely nothing to like. that place should be shut down. don’t stay there. dirty, dangerous, scammers inside and outside.

we booked the hotel and when we arrived the receptionist said the hotel was full booked and according to neighbouring hotels they over book constantly, letting people on the streets even when they have reservations. not a safe place to stay. dirty, dark and dangerous. stay away from this trash place. staff is rude and mistreat people. they should not be allowed to be on this website or even in this business.

The location is great

We booked the deluxe room and expected newly renovated rooms with modern furniture but got a room which had a collection of furniture which were not fitting at all and very old style. The metal bad had a wooden construction underneath and moved a lot. The bathroom was very dirty. Toothpaste in the sink, dirty mirrors, dirty walls and shower (chalk stains). I went to the service personal an they said the next day could be cleaned as we arrived late (11pm). It was not clean the next day! I assume they lack service personal, as we saw just one woman doing all the cleaning and kitchen. To much to do for one lady in such a big hotel. In my opinion the management is doing a bad job maintaining the facility. Was very disappointing stay, especially as the room picture showed a different state of the rooms.

receptionist make me additional cost for give me room for three people and I been with my mum, they wanted to change me also for breakfast and parking, check in me in hotel that I didn’t book, they didn’t put exactly location because they have 6 hotels around city center, I looking for the hotel for few hours.Also people in other hotels told me that they are fake hotel and so many people are crying, complaining coming to them, also wanted to change me 25€ for taxi at airport, but I find it by myself it cost less then 12€. the manager didn’t even want to speak with me, so unprofessional team members and we waited for 30 hours for coffee in morning at breakfast, so much things more happened, they didn’t deliver what they selling trough Booking and if you complain there is nothing you can do they telling you call booking and I been tired to contact anyone, they did mistake and didn’t want to take responsibility for solution.Not recommending to anyone this hotel and their other hotels because they will change you everything dubble and hate you like guest. They put good price in the other to attract more customers that they will ripple off for money and you can’t do anything to report them.

THE WORST PLACE THAT IVE EVER STAY. Staff horrible and ever so rude. Everything is a lie from the app to there. We pay more than says on the booking. The checkout time was different than says on the app and from the all the other hotels. They told us that is the new law that the checkout needs to be done at 8 o clock in the morning. Total Scam

Only the location is good

The rooms were totally different from what were presented in the photos when booked. I booked 3 rooms listed as Deluxe Double Rooms and instead we were given some horribly small, single bed rooms. The mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. One door couldn't even lock and we were provided with no cards to insert for the lights to work-we had to use our own random cards such as ID/bank cards. During the night they switched off the electricity for some reason, we woke up with no electricity. Overall, a total scam.

Most horrible experience ever

Finally leaving the hotel was the least bad part of the experience

Everything was awful: upon arrival when paying, they had made up some strange conversion rate for paying in LEK which made the price higher than said on website. When I give the money, they do not even have any change but force me to pay anyway! Then I get a room but it's super small without windows and not at all what I had booked so I changed room to one slightly bigger which was still not according to what I had booked. The toilet was broken and the standard lower than shown in pictures, twin beds instead of double bed. Friend who had booked another double room received, after much trouble, a very noisy room with awful old interior. When asking reception to change, she is told there is no other room available so she has to share room with me and maybe the reception will give her a room at 22:30 if some of the booked rooms never got taken by the guests?! We find this whole experience unacceptable so when deciding to not stay at the hotel, we are refused a refund or any kind of compensation.

The stay was great and the food is really good, the rooms are great to stay at. A 9/10 at total.

The location was near at the city youth center, and just a walk by from the downtown. The breakfast was good and various, including Albanian and Italian tastes. Based on the facility orientation and rooms space, there are spacious and properly cleaned and the AC quality is great. Some rooms provide also balconies and this is a "+" to the room facility.

I did not liked the rectangular lift which is not adequately spacious to fix more than 2 persons and 2 baggage. Also, the outside views are not great, because there are only buildings in front of the hotel.

Moderate, more negative rather than positive.

Well, the hotel was actually Euro Star Hotel 4 stars. I was okay with staff at the reception in the Hotel Broadway, where my book was for the first time. The officers was kind and I felt comfort to stay.

Well, I didn't like when restaurant waiter asked me to take a sit, but was slow to serve the lunch. I spent about hour and half until I got my lunch. I came to waiter couple time asking him about lunch, because I wasn't aware of the menu and how all-inclusive works in this hotel. I got feeling that personal wants to charge more money from me for the service that I've paid. When I check-in, I asked how can I get dinner and I was told that I have to pay for that, even though I booked room with all-inclusive. I can understand personal at the reception that they tired and might be missing the information about all-inclusive payment at the check-in. When I checked-out I was told to pay for all meals that I've eaten during my stay. This ticked me, I had to prove that I've got everything in a price. This is irritating, it produce a lot of discomfort and left bad experience regarding the service in the Hotel.
