It’s clean

They are discriminative. Some guests are greeted with juice upon arrival, others not. The wifi is not working too in the rooms.

Nice hotel but the shower is very bad designed

the bed was confortable, the garden is beautiul, the room is big. The breakfast is very good and with a lot a lot of options

is not very clean. The designer for the shower was terrible: is not posible take a a shower with out flat all the bathroom.

Excellent hotel, great staff and clean, but a fight in the night.

Good hotel, swift check-in, great service, friendly staff, clean rooms and an excellent shower.

The beddings consist of sheets and blankets. Instead of a duvet they put a blankets between two plain sheets. Terrible!! fighting in the night to keep covered and finding everything on the floor in the morning. How old-fashioned is this.... please just provide fitted sheets and duvets. It would make it so much more comfortable.

Good experience however there is room for improvements.

The overall experience was positive and food was good and service at lunch was very positive. Reception was easy to check in and get going. The room was very clean and well appointed. Elizabeth at breakfast was very smiley and very helpful a quality individual staff member.

A comment by a staff member was not well received when we ate in the evening her approach was not appropriate. Incorrect happy hour information and the lack of a wine list was disappointing. The reception at breakfast from the lady checking who was attending breakfast she was brusk and didnt appear to enjoy what she was doing at all. I asked for soft eggs and got rubber eggs. The breakfast overall was poor for the quality of hotel. We asked for Ginger tea it never came. The coffee for the size of hotel was poor when something that simple could be much better tasting and easy to do. these might seem picky but it is all about standards and value for money.

Loved the pool and the small but well equipped gym, with everything in good condition. Breakfast was really good and staff absolutely first rate. Nice view across the golf course as well.

While the menu at the restaurant is OK, we found it a bit limited for an extended stay. It would have been nice to have daily specials, or other variation, plus a few more local dishes perhaps.

The place overall is nice and acceptable with very good staff. Ex: Joseph at the concierge service was always keen to help.

Many things were not working. 1) TV not working properly. 2) AC not turning on (had to change rooms). 3) Phone had issues with the reception button not working and couldn't find another number to reach them. The hotel needs a little upgrade imo.
