Perfect.

Comfortable and spacious room, friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, convenient location close to metro station.

Very comfortable stay in an exceptional location

Nicely furnished and maintained. 2 complimentary bottles of water per night. Breakfast was of great quality and variety. Location is just across Shandao Temple MRT Exit 6, on the same side of the road.

由於酒店要在下午3時才可check in, 因此第一天我們在中午左右先把行李寄存在酒店，同時有位女職員Shani Hsiao亦預先幫忙登記check in資料，當時前台負責登記check in的女職員Shani Hsiao跟我核對預訂資料是

優點：地理位置真的極好，無論搭乘捷運或巴士都超級方便。

缺點：飯店住宿體驗、員工素質、酒店硬件以這價格來說是不符標準，CP值低。

Perfect for a few nights to see the sights of Taipei

Great value-for-money option, with clean and modern rooms!

Location was very central, can reach attractions within a few metro stops. Ideal for people who want to be near the buzzing areas but stay at a quieter spot at night. Rooms were modern and tastefully decorated, very comfortable for my 5 night stay. The daily hotel room cleaning was done very meticulously. Breakfast had a good blend of western and local options, and the dishes changes every day so you won't get bored of it. Upon check-out, told reception that I found the pillows too soft and they shared that they actually have various pillows options which you can request for if you don't like what you are given (tip!). Will stay here again if I come back to Taipei! :)

Free coke. Very near station. Clean toilet and beds. Good laundry service. Polite staff.

Very thin toilet paper.very bare tv console. Basic breakfast spread. No scenery, bad window view.

Excellent boutique hotel in Taipei

Great city hotel - we have stayed at the Minsheng COZZI as well and think both are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, water pressure is excellent. They provided a new baby cot and amenities and room was serviced and cleaned each day. Breakfast selection is great - different each day with plenty of options. The lounge on the 2nd floor was helpful as well as it is open all day. Lots of convenience stores nearby as well as a supermarket. Right next to the MRT and walking distance to the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again! Our room had a street view (which kept our toddler busy) with good soundproofing. Our friends stayed in an interior-facing room with no view - make sure you request a street view or else you will be staring at a wall.

Would stay at any COZZI anywhere in Taiwan!

Location was very close to a metro station and just a stop away from the Taipei Main Station. There were several convenient stores nearby too, and Fu Hang Doujiang is just across the street! Clean rooms, comfortably firm bed and pillows. Air conditioning worked well, and all facilities were functioning properly.

Not a big issue at all, but an addition of a coin laundry service would have been perfect!

The breakfast selection is very poor. Thd young guy at the egg counter cannot remember who ordered what and the hotel has no system to control. it was a mess.

Great hotel that offer good breakfast and with easy access to transportation.

The location was next to the metro. Great selection for breakfast. Clean facilities.

Instead of a king size bed it’s just2 twin beds pushed together so it’s kind of uncomfortable for couples to sleep on.

Perfect for a business trip

Very spacious and quiet room, not particularly charming but it does the job for a good value for money! Very friendly staff.

Little choice of Western food for breakfast, but not a big issue.

Pleasant stay on the overall.

Hotel was clean and staff were professional. The lounge was comfortable and inviting. We had simple complimentary snacks and drinks while waiting to check in to our room. There were three 711s nearby and Taipei Main Station was about 10 min walk away.

Hotel breakfast was limited in its variety. The hotel room smart TV did not work well; could not connect to Netflix and could not screen mirror with iPhone.

Housekeeping service was mediocre. Missed out bathroom mat and for the 4nights we stayed, never cleaned or rearranged the vanity top, desk etc.

location was fantastic, literally next to the MRT Shandao Temple exit (door 6) Starbucks next door, hotel is on the main road, 7-11 across the street etc. Classy and comfortable

I had the Chinese breakfast every morning during my 12-day stays in Cozzi/Zhongxiao, Taipei, Taiwan. The food was very delicious.

The water basin in bathroom was too small.
