Nada Recomendable por hacer dobles cobros

Me habían hecho un cobro por preautorización de la tarjeta de 200 USD antes de mi llegada al hotel. Al momento del check in me cobraron el valor total de las 4 noches , pero no me hicieron el descuento de los 200 Usd que ya me habían cobrado. Hice la reclamación en el front desk del hotel, Me atendió Carlos García y me dijoque no habían descontado dicho valor al momento del check in por error del funcionario, y que me devolverían los 200 USD antes de 15 días a la misma tarjeta, pero a fecha de hoy, 1 mes después, aún no recibimos el dinero.

Do café da manhã, pois tinha uma boa variedade de opções. Da localização, pois fica relativamente perto do aeroporto.

Mesmo sabendo que é política do hotel fazer o check in a partir das 15h, entendo que não tem lógica cobrar um valor a parte para entrar no quarto antes, uma vez que ele já estava vazio e disponível para sua utilização. Sem sentido e ficou a sensação de caça níquel. Além disso, o quarto atribuído me pareceu um tanto que velho, além de que estava com a descarga do banheiro sem funcionar direito e com o sinal da TV a cabo falhando constantemente. Em função da resposta ouvida na recepção no momento da minha chegada quanto a antecipação do check in, percebi que sequer valia reclamar quanto a tais problemas. Ainda bem que a hospedagem era apenas por uma noite! Independente da categoria do mesmo, é de se esperar um serviço e uma estrutura impecável para um hotel deste porte e pertencente a uma rede conhecida no mundo.

とても清潔で、スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、安心して滞在できました。お部屋の広さも充分です。バスタブもあり寛げました。

2階の部屋だったのですが、窓が小さく外光が入りづらいため、日中でも部屋の中が暗いのが残念でした。

Would have given 10 if the gym was better

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, wifi was fast, good location in a safe area. McDonalds and Applebees next door if you need fast food. Some proper restaurants a minute or so walk away. Taxi/Uber ready to use within 1 minute. Staff friendly.

Most of the machines in the gym are damaged or unusable. There are two treadmills - one has snapped in the middle, the second is about to snap. The gym is technically inside, but it's an open air area, so it's very hot at all times. The multi-gym machine has many snapped cables, so only the leg press works pretty much, it's very stiff too - not worth using. The cross-trainer doesn't turn on. For the price of this hotel, the gym needs to be upgraded and maintained.

Nice and well-located hotel to stay in Guatemala City, recommended.

The location of the hotel is nice, on a zone focused on tourism, the staff was kind and polite and the services provided were good for the money paid for the room.

There was a water leak in the room's closet that made my final day in the room a bit annoying, I reported it to the staff so hopefully they can sort it out. Also, breakfast options weren't that good.

There was several problems - most staff doesn't speak english - i asked several times for waking me up (7-8 at morning) but they didnt even try - not call not knock - very loud noise from street and window in bathroom not close properly - maybe it is my issue but breakfast wasnt good and i had after that stomach-ache

Very nice hotel in a nice area. Beds are super comfortable, breakfast was good and the location is close to shops, restaruants and bars.

Nice hotel - had a long flight and tried to rest, but maids were very noisy in the hallway.

Great location and great value in Guatemala City.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Guatemala City. There are numerous restaurants, from McDonald's to PF Changs within short walking distance. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean, large and comfortable, with everything in excellent working order. The price was very good as well.

Actually, nothing. My room had a window that looked out onto a small open space with a room on the other side, but most of the rooms do not have this limited view.
