Very clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the balcony. Best of all was Alex, our host. She was most welcoming, friendly and helpful and we enjoyed her company.

Alix is a wonderful host. She very kindly agreed to us arriving slightly earlier than booked and was very welcoming. The bedroom is very comfortable with ample storage space, dressing table with hairdryer, mirror and so on. The power supply availability and the Wi-Fi were very good. The bedroom opens up onto and external terrace that is very private and has a small table and chairs plus sun lounger deck chairs. The bathroom has a bath and handheld shower capability. Toiletries were also supplied and plentiful. The breakfast, in a separate lounge in the main apartment, is continental style with breads, croissants and bakery items. There is jams, marmalade and cheese with ample supply of coffee, milk and butter, yoghurt and prepared fresh fruit. Alix helped us with recommendations on places to go to see and visit and to eat locally. She even offered to drop us off on the Sunday to a place en route to her day out. I can certainly recommend the Villa restaurant just 5 mins walk away but you must make a reservation as it is always very busy. The closest Metro is Panier which takes about 8 mins to walk too. The nearby bus service of routes 41 and 83 are also very close and both go to the Vieux port area. The 83 travels along the coastal corniche which is good to see but is quite a busy road and so sometimes delays. We went for an event in the Orange Velodrome which takes about 15 mins as a slow walk to get to. I felt secure in the area. I used a couple of three day passes to travel the city and they are great VFM and even work on the ferry from one side to the other of the Vieux Port. I took a pre booked taxi to the accommodation on arrival but used the bus service from St Charles Station to return to the airport at €10pp. During the day I stored my luggage at the baggage depository for €9 for one suitcase at the station (lower ground floor external to the building passing Starbucks on the right (Signed Consignee from the upper concourse)).
Nothing specific at all as Alix did offer us use of the main lounge on Sunday when she was out.

„La petit maison“ really is like a second home!
The room was beautiful, neat and clean. Especially the balcony made it a perfect place for retreat after a long day. ☺️
Also the location was perfect, many good restaurants, supermarkts and a bus-/metro-station nearby.
Alix is such a nice person! She helped us out with everything from translating to providing insider-tipps where to go and so on.
The service was excellent, the breakfast instagram-worthy and we really felt comfortable during the whole trip. ☺️
A definite recommendation!
