Perfect place, love it here.

Beautiful safe private property, I stayed in 3 different villas and all of them were amazing. The chef was fantastic. The entire staff is top tier. Perfect stay.

I liked everything. No issues at all.

Well, I have been to many accommodations in booking and rbnb and I had never had such an unpleasant moment in my life as in villas agua dulce... let me explain, I made a reservation with this accommodation which required a security deposit on which they charged me the hour after I made my reservation, and my reservation was secured. that I had paid the security fee for my reservation... and I took it and sent him my receipt... they told me that it was fine and that they apologized that they changed assistants and did not report the entry of said deposit.... then 4 days later I see that the Booking.com application cancels my reservation and I write to the accommodation again, their response was to make the reservation again and that they would add my previous deposit and when I arrived at the accommodation I would pay the difference, proceed I make a new reservation which, because of the previous accommodations that Booking.com had reserved for you, gives me a discount... I printed my reservation and on the way to the accommodation an employee writes me that I should have sent the identity of the people who are going to stay with me in the accommodation "at the last minute", when we arrived at the accommodation we organized everything because I had a surprise for my partner who lives there... suddenly they called me at the reception that there was an error in my reservation and that I had to pay the difference of the reservation that they canceled, not the new reservation and I explained to her and the owner spoke to me in an unfriendly way and told me that this error was made by Booking.com, not theirs. I explained what happened and her response was "what She had nothing to do with it and that I had to pay what corresponded to a reservation that had been canceled...

The pool, the view, had a washer and dryer. the staff was attentive.

no tvs in the rooms. Wi-Fi was non existent in the downstairs bedroom

My first and last time

The view is the only thing worth going for

We were virtually abandoned to fend and clean our own villa nobody came to us to explain there would be no Housekeeping. And one of the beds in the two room villa was too small I believe it was a twin Seriously. The pool could not be used because it was not treated and may as well have been well water there were living things in it. I understood the circumstances involving the Corona virus but there should be concessions as I didn't fully get what I paid for (over $1500) such as maybe wave the mini bar fee I was told rudely there would be no concessions and that my options would only be that I could Leave (but a refund was not even promised for the remaining 2 days) and this is only after somebody finally showed up after 5 days and I had to ask security to call them to talk to them the phone in my villa was useless for services. I was also told that since they've provided security I should be happy. Well no i was not because that option should've been given from the beginning i would've gladly taken that option with a full refund I'd previously stayed down the road at Casa Linda for a few days where there were absolutely No such inadequacies I revisited them to see if They were fully up and running and or affected like Agua Dulce and They Were fully staffed with no complaints under the same circumstances. Agua Dulce only looks good on the website I will Never stay there again.
