Decepción y es carísimo para lo que dan a cambio

La comida.

Como les mencioné en un correo a servicio a clientes el hotel no tiene playa: está prohibido meterse al mar y en ningún momento me lo informaron, si lo hubiera sabido no habría ido! Uno no va a la playa para no meterse al mar. El hotel súper lejano del centro. Por ende los traslados son carísimos. El hotel tuvo cortes de luz constantes y era terrible. El hotel suspendió el servicio de agua de las 11:00 a las 5:00 pm un día. Por arreglos. Y curiosamente cerraron la alberca familiar también. El aire acondicionado no servía bien, pedí lo checaran y nunca fueron hasta el día siguiente. Pedí un rollo de papel higiénico el cual, después de dos llamadas lo enviaron una hora después. El horno de microondas en pésimo estado, carecía de la tapa interior por lo que estaban los tubos de metal. Cero supervisión, cero mantenimiento y ya cuando me quejé me obsequiaron el desayuno de mi último día. Es carísimo para el pésimo servicio. El hotel estaba vacío. El servicio de limpieza q cuartos lo hacían muy tarde. No regreso. Y requiero una bonificación del dinero que pagué. Un hotel con pésimos servicios.

Overall perfect place to stay, good prices, good food and great staff

I called off cleaning service 3 times for 15 min and never came back - I called to request service and service was never done, until 10 pm they asked if “it was needed”

I would never go back

I liked the pools and the staff at the pool bar and water aerobics.

The food was terrible. The front desk staff was unprofessional. I had to pay 600 pesos for taxis to and from the airport. I got locked in the restaurant bathroom for an hour and was not even offered a free drink. They did not give you bottles of water or coffee in your room, so I had to buy water and coffee everyday.

Great place for families and privacy.

Beach is not easy if you are not good swimmer. The property is about 30 minutes from puerto Escondido. And 15 minutes of those 30 are dirt road. The best is rent a car so you can go back at any time you want. I rent a car and I get in and out every day.

When you do the check in, they ask you dor money if something is broken in the apartment and you gotta have a credit card, no one tells you that until you arrive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Luis was very nice and helpful. He help arrange our fishing and day trips into town. I want to give a very big Thank you to him for making our stay so special.

We did not have Wi-Fi in our room. 337. Wish the hotel provided more options for going into town and the places they offered you could go. The hotel is very far out of town, would of liked more shuttles into town.

The resort was amazing!

the location, however it is far away from the town of Puerto Escondido, is a place to stay in without going out.

Cleaning service was always delay and needed to request it everyday. Also the restaurant food was complicated. There should be a s simpler menu for regular meals. The seats at the beach and at the swimming pool need to be better allocated by the management.

It was ver poor experience for the price. Its worth half of what we paid.

I liked the food very good although very limited for children, not much options. It has an amazing beach, alone and long away from crowded places.

dissapointing hotel for the price

the beach was great

far away. not really a hotel (its condos from people who rent them out) staff not helpful in looking for restaurants, etc. you are given 2 towels for the pool that you cant loose or anything and the same with room keys. restaurant not great and the pool bar often didnt have ingredients for the drinks.

It is in the middle of nowhere. No amenities open after 22:00h (not even for water) and the closest town is 15min away in a dirt road that is awful. They charged me more that what the reservation stated.

terrible service from house keeping, restaurants, and reception, beautiful rooms but not worth the price.

Our room was beautiful and well equipped, amazing view from the balcony to the ocean

The service in general is the worse I’ve experience, you expect great service for the price you pay, and we were very disappointed, even just to get coffee at the room, we had a 4 bedroom room and asking for coffee they charged us additionally ! To use their tennis courts they charge extra as well, they only have only ONE restaurant and to order room service was terrible, it took over an hr, then to eat there their menu has like 10 different plates in the menu extremely expensive, and not the best quality,l. furthermore, housekeeping terrible, we had to remind them to please take garbage out and sweep the floors, it was a terrible stay for the price we paid, it does Not reflect the property, Puerto Escondido is beautiful and will go back but will Not stay there and will not recommend anyone to stay there not even with a rental car,

The staff is friendly. Air conditioning in all rooms is excellent. Everything is very nice, clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer are a bonus, as is the dishwasher.

The food was not very good. I don't know what kind of food they serve. It looked like Mexican food, but as Mexicans that my family and I are, we did not find that Mexican flavor that we expect to enjoy in a typical Mexican food.

The grounds were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean and beautiful. Our studio room had a beautiful view of the ocean, pool, and mountains.

The only thing I would suggest is other eating options. I is the only hotel in the area. A taxi ride to the nearest town with more options is about $25.00 each way through a long dirt road.
