Great property.

Room was nice and sound proof. Very comfortable bed and best part was the right softness of the pillow. Space in the room was good and the wooden finish was nice too. Size of the property and the way it has been made is beautiful.

I missed my breakfast so requested them to deliver few items in my room. They were not happy with the same and annoyed. They did send some food but without any plates or cutlery. They need to be trained bit more about hospitality. Also I realised they lacks with number of restaurants and I never found a bar / lounge.

Loved they 4 day stay. Breakfast was amazing every day. Great staff!

Stay was excellent, I liked the housekeeping as well as the rooms and the air-con were perfect.

The spread was wide and good, but the vegetarian options were quite lavish.

The non-veg options were very limited. The Chicken sausages needs a look into as well as the bacon that was kept. Otherwise, the others options were good.

not much to like

almost everything , the white plates at breakfast were stained black. no umbrellas by the pool in 40 + heat.

Sauber , gross und feines essen. Aber wehe du hast ein problem.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und fein. Die Lage ist ruhig, hinter dem Hotel ist ein kleiner Wald.

Check-In ging halbe Stunde und Check-out noch länger. Der Gast wurde von einem zum nächsten "manager" weitergegen. Nachts hatte ich Durchfall und musste erbrechen. Das Hotel hatte gar keine Medikamente ausser Kopfweh Tabletten, es waren 4 Leute beim Empfang, keiner konnte helfen, ich wollte nichts ins Spital sondern nur in eine Apotheke. Ich hatte bis um 08:00 ausgeharrt, morgens war ein kleiner netter Manager (total Schwul) der versuchte zu helfen, er hatte das OLA Taxi bestellt. Ich ging zur Strasse und nahm selbstständig eine Autorikshaw. Ich bekam aus der Apotheke Medikamente gegen Durchfall und erbrechen (domperidon und lopermide).

All together it was good experience but it can be make excellent as well.

breakfast was good. Items were not too much as compared to other hotels. Tea needs to be improved.

The window panes were not clear from outside.and the washroom exhaust was not working or was not working properly. Got some avoidable problem while check in which can be easy sort out seeing the condition of my family caring 1 small baby. The staff at reaching was not too co-operative. Didn't offer any welcome drink.

it used to be a good property but not now

it’s very well made property

it’s run very poorly staff is not trained or lack of staff rooms are good at size but windows has very low standard blinds only no curtains so inside the rooms is visible from lift area like I was in 416 I don’t know about other rooms

Everything was excellent from entering the hotel and leaving staff amazing we asked for extra mattress no problem the lady at reception was very helpful and then we ate there 1 night the buffet was excellent amit had attended us both days breakfast etc brillant service from every1 will be back

overall is fine, but staff is bad, takes endless time

property was good, cleaniness and facilities

staff not trained, takes hours to bring one item, dinner is served with incomplete cutlieries, toilet was leaking, interconnected doors is a mess.

Overall a pleasant experience

Very spacious, friendly staff, quick service, big rooms, big private bathrooms, standing showers, plenty of open area to stroll and enjoy the greenery, Baluchi restaurant, breakfast buffet, cleanliness for the most part, easy and always available valet service, design and aesthetics, great pool, best set of toiletries, safe, changing area/entry area with bathroom

room lock is clunky and doesn’t work most times without fiddling, lounge/club was closed, no good room views to the outside, cafe closed, pool closes too early, keys don’t work for elevators sometimes, shampoo and body wash missing from bathroom, phones don’t work well, TV usb connections don’t work, steamer socket didn’t work

bad facilities - no towels in room, room phone not working. dated furniture in room, understaffed buffet and pool area

Poor

The property is not being maintained at all and has gone down terribly. Room wasn’t clean. When asked for anything the staff took very long to respond and send someone to get it done. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Improve staff service and breakfast menu

I request the authorities to improve the breakfast add some more varieties along with staff service.As during the breakfast i keep on searching for spoon,glasses, tissue papers etc.

loved the ambience and dinner at OKO

There are couple of things didn't like about this property. Details in cleaniness, Execution Such as: upon arrival our Check-In took 30 mins. Reservation team didn't bother to response our queries and when I've asked the Front Office Staff they denied they don't get messages from Booking.com. It didn't turned out 5 star hotel we have expected
