Relaxing and tranquil

Dario, the owner, was waiting to welcome us and showed us to the apartment. He is an extremely kind and welcoming host and happy to help wherever he can. The premises and immaculate gardens provide a tranquil environment. As dog lovers we enjoyed his two smaller dogs become regular visitors.

Unfortunately we had to fly into Cagliari airport which meant a long car journey to Sa Branda, but it was worth it for the peaceful environment of Sa Branda

Pleasant

The apartment was clean, the owner was very nice and helpful.

Our apartment was in the back of the garden so it was dark inside and outside and cold. You must go by car to eat something or to the shop.

Nice location but disappointed by the air conditioning system

the apartment is very will located, closed from the beaches of Porto Ferro and Mugoni, grocery shops and from the small city of fertilia where you can find good restaurants. It's also easy to reach alghero from there. it's nicely decorated. the kitchen is great and well equipped. The terrass is very pleasant. The owner is available for any problem and very kind

We have been disappointed by the air conditioning system. Only one room was equipped and it worked perfectly there. However the second room was only equipped with a broken (and extremely noisy) fan. The owner changed it quickly but the new fan was also noisy and appeared really inefficient. As a result, we didn't sleep well at all as we stayed during a very warm summer week. I'm sure the owner already changed it quickly after our feedback. I have no doubt about that. the owner was very kind. It was bad luck. However, I still think that both rooms should be equipped with air conditioning to meet a higher score on booking for the requested price. It is described that air conditioning was proposed without details, but it was actually valid for 1 room only. The proximity of the road is also an issue if you expect to stay quietly in the nature

Anytime again

Staying with Dario was certainly the best family vacation we have had so far. Relaxed environment, super nice and helpful host, quiet and good location (distance to the airport, to the nearest ferry port, to Alghero/Sassari and to beautiful beaches), pet friendly, Sardinian style interior with beautiful details.

Wonderful stay in a fazenda;))

It was a wonderful stay at Sa Branda Costa. We felt like in a fazenda, a super friendly host Dario, cosy little appartm., wineyards, lovely pets ( 2 dogs and a cat), nature. My little daughter liked very much here to stay. I would return there next time!

Very spacious appartment with good equipment in the kitchen. bed were confortable. cute cats and dog hanging around the house.

We were 3 people and for each of us, the water, when showering took time to warm up. Because we were not in the same bulding that providing the water heater.
