Bella esperienza a Balestrate

La posizione fronte mare e la grandezza dell’appartamento, che era molto pulito e con tutte le comodità necessarie.

La mancanza del bidet nel bagno del nostro appartamento, seppur sostituito dal “doccino” e che lo split dell’aria condizionata fosse solo in soggiorno e non nelle singole stanze.

Per chi ama il mare e la buona cucina è il TOP

Casa Ben arredata con tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere le vacanze. Molto premuroso il fatto di aver trovato già una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo e le capsule per la.macchinetta del caffè , in modo già da poter dissetarsi e degustare il caffè prima di andare a fare la spesa . La posizione è ottima per chi è amante del mare dato che neanche in 30 m già si è in spiaggia . Ci si và a piedi . Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e premurosa. Se c'è qualche problema prontamente lo risolve . Mette a disposizione anche ombrellone e sdraio gratuitamente . A 10 metri ha anche un ottimo ristorante pizzeria dove la pizza è da 5 stelle. Per la famiglia con bambini che vanno a letto presto e amano il mare è consigliatissimo. La struttura accetta anche animali e il mio gatto si è trovato anche lui molto bene. Ottimo il terrazzino .

L'unica pecca , che non è imputabile alla struttura, è che per avere il mare a pochi passi di contro in paese serve andare in auto per poter fare acquisti, sia per distanza e sia per la mancanza di marciapiedi .il paese non offre un passeggio serale nel lungo mare o altri tipi di svago oltre al mare .

Lloc molt agradable,devant la platja, els anfitrions molt agradables i atents, disposen de restaurant asequibme i molt bo. A la platja varem veure beixament de tortuges marines.

La gentillesse du personnel, l'hospitalité du patron. A deux pas de la plage. Des pizzas très bonnes dans le restaurant de la famille.

Le bâtiment en friche de l'autre côté de la rue gâche un peu la vue. Quel dommage pour un site pareil.

Schönes Apartment direkt am Meer

Die nähe zum Meer war wirklich ein Highlight. Schon beim buchen haben wir Kontakt mit dem Besitzer gehabt, super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Durch ihn haben wir während unseren Aufenthalt ein Auto für uns und für unseren Freunden gemietet. Wir sind ziemlich früh angekommen und auch da waren alle sehr bemüht uns zu helfen um einen früheren Check-In zu ermöglichen. Das Apartment war groß genug für unsere Familie aus 5 Personen. Der Balkon einfach riesig nur leider hatten wir keinen Meerblick aber ist auch nicht schlimm gewesen. Die Ausstattung war ok, wir sind mit allem zurecht gekommen. Sonnenschirme gab es im Hof, man konnte sich die für den Strand nehmen. Wir haben in dem Restaurant der an der Anlage angrenzt Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellt, sehr sehr lecker gewesen. Der Check-Out verlief auch einwandfrei. Wer Ruhe und einen fast leeren Strand sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Wasser im Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön, sauber und im August warm gewesen. Wir hatten ein Baby dabei der am leeren Strand sehr gut im Kinderwagen schlafen konnte, im Meer baden konnte und im schönen Sandstrand spielen. Wer keine Steine im Wasser mag, der muss etwa 80 Meter weiter links laufen, da gibt es keine Steine. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und Urlaub.

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. la vista mare merita davvero.

il nostro appartamento era vista mare. solo la vista è sufficiente per fartelo prenotare. zona molto tranquilla. temperatura e clima ottimi. ventilato e non umido. unica pecca era il bagno che era anni 80, ma altri appartamenti so che sono stati ristrutturati e sono più moderni. gestori gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. area giochi nel cortile della residenza e parcheggio gratuito (fino ad esaurimento posti). ristorante/pizzeria sempre dei gestori dove abbiamo mangiato bene. peccato sia chiuso per colazione e pranzo ma in effetti la spiaggia non era molto frequentata a metà giugno. non so se in altri periodi fa orari di apertura diversi. noi in ogni caso ci siamo spostati parecchio per visitare città e spiagge nelle vicinanze (1 ora di auto circa per San Vito Lo capo, Marsala e Trapani+Erice, 20/30 minuti per Castellamare del Golfo e Terrasini).

L’appartamento è enorme, un comodissimo terrazzo e due camere da letto spaziose, purtroppo ci siamo fermati poco per sfruttarlo al meglio..

Il letto matrimoniale, purtroppo è davvero scomodissimo e il materasso troppo sottile.. è importante dormire bene, quindi consiglio spassionatamente di acquistare un letto con un materasso comodo, perché renderebbero l’appartamento perfetto!

Good concept in unpleasant surrounding

Polite host, free sunbeds and umrbrelas for the beach, nice balcony with sea view, resturant a few steps away.

The concept is nice – an apartment on the beach, but the surrounding is unpleasant. Right next to the apartment, there is a huge abandoned building that looks very bad. The view from the windows is directly into it. If you don't have a car, you are stuck, the patway to Balestrate by food is also unpleasant. It is not a critique to the host, but it is good to know. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the water is with large stones. If there are waves, you can't swim because you can't see if you will hit a stone. It is not critique to the host, also, but it is good to know. One of the rooms smelled of dampness, but there is also a living room, so the children slept on the pull-out couch.

Нам дуже сподобалися апартаменти, розташування чудове коло моря та прекрасний ресторанчик з найсмачнішою піццою поряд. Близьке розташування до Палермо, можливість орендувати авто та наявність екскурсій. Дуже добре налагоджений родинний бізнес, завжди готові допомогти.

Fronte spiaggia, relax puro

Casa molto curata, bella e ordinata, con parcheggio interno. Di fronte al mare, spiaggia a meno di 50 metri. Appartamento tenuto bene, con tutto il necessario, il proprietario Innocenzo, persona squisita, disponibile e gentilissimo!

Va bene già cosi.

Sehe schöner Badeurlaub

Die kleine Ferienanlage liegt direkt am Sandstrand. Hier werden von der Unterkunft, Liegen und Sonnenschirme kostenfrei angeboten. Parkplätze sind im Innenhof vorhanden. Unsere Ferienwohnung war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage lief bei 36 Grad reibungslos. Ein Restaurant ist an der Anlage angeschlossen, mit sehr gutem Essen und wird auch von Einheimischen gut besucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Ausflüge braucht es ein Auto der Nahverkehr in Balestrate ist nicht besonders ausgebaut. Wir können die Wohnungen weiter empfehlen.

The property is in a excelent location on a sandy beach. Only one kilometer to the city center. The owner's pizzeria is near by apartments but this did not prevent you from enjoying your vacation.

Great stay in an affordable aparment right next to the beach and to great family-owned restaurant.

The host was excellent and very helpful all the time, he picked us up at airport as agreed, handed us keys from the apartment, we also rented a car through him which was great. Host also addressed all our additional requests and was very helpful all the time. The apartment is literally 20 steps from the beach and right next to it is the restaurant owned by the same family, which had excellent menu, we used it almost every day. All in all I can highly recommend this place as its right next to the beach (public beach with free of charge entry and free sunbeds / umbrellas, which is definitely a plus), with close-by restaurant. The town centre of Balestrate with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is bit further away so I would definitely recommend suggesting renting a car. Also, while the beach is sandy, the way into the sea is with rocks / stones, so not absolutely suitable for very small children unless you want to keep them in the small beach / sea pools right at the entry to the sea. So very good experience for us (three kids - 15/15/10 year old) and would recommend for anyone.

Perfectly adequate apartment at beach side location

The location by the beach was certainly a plus an we had a second floor apartment facing the sea. The AC was definitely a requirement staying in the middle of heat wave. The adjacent restaurant was invaluable when we didn't want to go into town and there was parking right outside.

Not sure if we were given the most modern of apartments with some things needing updating. For example terrace door and blinds were not working and some of the draws were in disrepair. Could have needed some more power outlets and the water pressure in the kitchen was very low.

Excellent Staying

The apartments are located next to the beach, there is a nice Pizzeria attached and managed by the owner, the apartment are spacious and comfortable. The owner and the stuff were extremely helpful, supportive and friendly they even helped me to bring my soon to the doctor and accompanied me for some shopping the first day!

Only one place to eat nearby, 2 minutes walking diatance (that is the reason it was very crowded) A little problem with the shovwer The building nexr door is a disused hotel and that is why the view is not very nice - but this is not to blame the villas
