It was not worth the money we paid due to not having any facilities that we could use

It was in a beautiful location. Room was nice with a lovely shower. Clean

We were there for one night for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were not told that a conference was being held there when we booked it. We paid a lot of money and could not use the pool or bars when we had checked in as they were closed off for the conference. We were extremely disappointed and had to go off to have a drink somewhere else.

A relaxing overnight stay, chilled with amazing cocktails that were reasonably priced, especially at happy hour.

The location, the rooms were large and clean with a good range of facilities …including clothes brush and corkscrew. The pool bar and pool were a lovely amenity however the pool steps were quite dangerous.

Service was slow even for drinks.

La nave è veramente bella e ben tenuta: una crociera nell'esclusivo porto di Gibilterra, una "Montecarlo all'inglese" ! Struttura che consiglio vivamente. Personale sempre molto professionale e di grande aiuto. Menzione speciale per Diana alla reception.

Probably the nicest place to stay in Gibraltar.

Lovely experience aboard the Sunborn, probably the nicest place to stay in Gibraltar, very centrally located in the marina (obviously!), first class breakfast and classy bar and restaurant facilities.

Lovely stay in a unique setting, everything you need to hand, staff who can't do enough to help you

We paid for breakfast, a little on the pricey side but in keeping with the ambiance of the hotel, Cava for breakfast for example, Great location and lots going on around the yacht places to eat/drink dance sing etc.

Nothing not to like really although maybe a little on the pricey side, I think an all inclusive package would be ideal for this venue.

Nice for a luxury weekend. Just take something warm to sleep in!

Lovely room, great view and location. Pool deck was very nice. Reception very helpful Glass of champagne on arrival was nice.

Can't turn off the ventilation in the room (separate to the AC) meant the room was always frigid. They offered me a heater! In July! Restaurant never displayed a menu and when you asked for one it was like you had kicked their dog. Very annoying giant telephone / control panel that took up the entire side table and couldn't be moved.

Very good

The location was great near to great bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed the pool bar although it shut at 7 which was not so good. Nobody showed us how to indicate to housekeeping that the room was ready to be serviced . You had to do it on the phone I had no idea !! I can't stand the small milks, teas and coffee packets you get in rooms please put some better products and fresh milk in the fridge!! The Sunborn is a 5 star hotel so please address this . Overall it was lovely.

Sunborn

I loved the position of the Sunborn. To be able to look out of the windows and see all the yachts and the sea was amazing. Watching planes take off and land was awesome. It was also lovely to see the business of the harbour. The food was excellent in all areas. The staff were very welcoming I couldn't fault the Sunborn. Everything you requested was attended to and delivered. All the staff were very professional at all times

Lovely hotel but noise in rooms from local places ruins the comfort

I like the hotel I stay here a lot

I feel the noise levels are really bad, sound proofing is poor the front face rooms are horrendous for noise till the early hours of the morning and you can’t sleep

Great place for short stay, not a lot to see if staying for pronged stay. Like being on a cruise!

Queue busting at Reception with glasses of champagne while you waited helped everyone's patience Staff were very friendly and helpful and came forward with suggestions of things to do when cable car up Rock was off due to high winds
