Comfort and Charm

Fantastic cottage beautifully restored. Like staying in a time capsule but with all the modern comforts the cottage was spotless and the location was so peaceful.

Perfect relaxation at a beautiful, historical cottage

The quaint cottage was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the additional thoughtfulness of our hosts with not only a generous, delicious breakfast, but lovely cake slices to enjoy with a cuppa. We had everything we needed, including a washing machine and loved the rural outlook and lovely gardens. We would not hesitate in staying at Belvoir cottages again.

We loved Ivy cottage, but had difficulty watching television due to poor picture quality. Not really a problem for us and we notified our hosts who will no doubt rectify the problem. Guests staying eat Belvoir cottages will need a car as they are situational just outside the town.

The cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable, host was amazing providing breakfast and home baked cakes and slices on arrival. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. I would recommend the cottage weather travelling for work or after a nice retreat.

The welcoming Feeling of coming home when you step through the door. Everything is provided for. Just gorgeous & Lorraine & Tom are so friendly & generous.

Fantastic location and great amenities.

Attention to detail in keeping with the old-world charm of the cottage. Friendly owners who were happy to help in any way.

Some very minor maintenance issues, but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable.

A very relaxing place to stay.

The cottage is beautifully set out, very comfortable and in a lovely location. Lorraine our host is very friendly and surprised us with delicious home baked treats. Horses and alpacas roam the field behind the cottage and come up to the fence to greet us when we go outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and would love to come back.

Great Grafton Getaway

A thoroughly enjoyable 4 days getaway, the most lovely place to stay. Great breakfast and spoilt by Lorraine with homemade slice and biscuits.

Quiet peaceful absolutely loved my stay there

Quiet and peaceful - lots of treats Yummy!

We had a lovely peaceful stay in Ivy Cottage. Lorraine was very hospitable and left us very tasty treats and plenty of food. The views from the house also made it more pleasurable.

Just a really really nice play to stay

From the time I booked, and during our stay, communication with the host (Lorraine & Tom) was easy & prompt. My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom Dairy Cottage. This is a very nicely proportioned and outfitted stand alone cottage, set in a quiet and relaxing location just a few minutes drive from the centre of Grafton. The bed was comfy; the breakfast supplies were ample; the wi-fi very good; parking for the car was undercover. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances & equipment to make better that the average short stay meal, and the outdoor BBQ was also great. Somewhat unusual for cottages/apartments, there were reverse cycle aircon units in both the lounge area and also the bedroom - which is made it very pleasant sleeping at night as we struck a bit of a heatwave whilst we were there. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it highly.
