Staff Mohammed was very polite and helpful.
Very old

Breakfast should improve. Offer omlet or boiled eggs...
The guy is very friendly and polite. Helpful too

very nice riad, in an excellent location. Amazing host and very reach breakfast

Location and staff were nice. Provided us with breakfast early on day of departure.
Dark, claustrophobic room with horrid smell of sewer gas . Floor in bathroom looked dirty.. Dark and depressing with no windows to provide any through breeze. No actual lock on room, only a small lock as you would put on your luggage. Overpriced for what it was. Bed so hard you could bounce a coin!

There was nothing to fault at this beautiful Riad. Our rooms were large, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location was great for walking around the city. The staff were attentive and friendly. Excellent value.

The guy that works there is so nice!
Breakfast big and super nice

Breakfast was quite good with so much fresh fruits.
They were able to do our laundry, which was very helpful.
The room was bigger as in other riads so far.
I really enjoyed the room.

very satisfied with the owner. So friendly and so warm. Offer us a lot of information about Morocco. By the way, there are two big cats inside!

Beautiful building in fantastic location, close to the seafront. We were welcomed greatly and enjoyed a very nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was great
Bathroom is very smelly from the pipes which dont have a funnel therefore the smell comes in.
Bed was disastrous.
Staff was helpful and nice all the time, also the cats are amazing. Nothing to say about the people working there. We had to leave one day before and thet did not charge us the last night. This was very nice :)

The staff was super helpful and kind with us. Got an upgrade of room and also left us breakfast prepared, for we had to leave early.
The position of the riad is perfect, inside Medina.

a stylish renovated old house - especially suited for cat-lovers: there are two friendly and really big cats sharing their house with the guests :-)

Staff was very kind and communicative, they gave us an upgrade of the room. Location is central, and 15 mins walking from the train station, breakfast was huge!

Receptionist was really kind and professional. She gaves us a map and explained the highlights of the city in very good english. As in most Riads in Morocco, they receive you with a tea and some cookies. They allowed us to leave our bags in a secure area after our check-out time, so we are really thankful for that. Bathroom is nice and well decorated, the bathtube has curious shape. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was complete and good, even with some exotic fruits.
Note: they have two Garfield-like cats, they were amazing and quiet.

We loved staying here. Fawda and Vincent were lovely and super nice. This was definitely the best ryad we stayed at in Marocco. The breakfast was amazing and rich, bed was comfortable and they help us a lot navigating through the city. Location is easy to find and quiet. Thanks a lot again!

Location inside the Medina close to Udaias Kasbah.
Room was big but badly settled.
Wifi was really poor. You could only send basic things and check maps sometimes.
Bed was really uncomfortable. Riad was really noisy you could hear anything, anyone talking normal and if they were a littlw loud it was annoying. The central court only amplifies the noise. The staff was never there when you needed them, but they were coming at 1am making noise or talking loud. They tend to talk early morning or at night (the most critical times).
Room was quite cold when arrived, needed the heater whole night to warm it. Carpets are filthy.
Breakfast: coffee was imposible to drink, just a sip and gave up. I didn’t want to have more stomach problems (difficult to avoid in Morocco if you stay longer than 3 days). Some of the morocco toast was really hard to chew. There was closed brick milk that it was the only trusty thing to drink after that coffee tasting like hell.
It is really expensive for what you get in return.
Next time, if there is. I will try more hotels than riads (they are like a chocolate box) with more annoying things, usually.

Good location, pleasant staff, breakfast was good.
Toilet seat was way too small for the bowl, very annoying, lights were not adequate in the room and there was very little hot water, not enough for a full shower and crappy wifi.

- Excellent welcome from staff and the owner Vincent. We were explained the main sights and best restaurants in town. Very friendly and accommodating.
- We received a free upgrade to a bigger room. Everything was clean and the room had all it needed.
- Very good and extensive breakfast.
- Great Location!
- Nothing really, we couldn’t find a proper shampoo in the bathroom.
