kann die Unterkunft empfehlen

Check in erfolgte im Nachbarhotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal hat mich dann zum Zimmer geführt was nur ein paar Schritte entfernt ist. Anmeldung für das Parken in der Innenstadt wurde auch von der Rezeption erledigt. Sehr zentrale Lage, Restaurants alle fußläufig. Zimmer hatte ein Klimaanlage👍Gutes Frühstück.

Mantova, che avevo già visitato in passato ma con meno tempo a disposizione, è una meraviglia. Impossibile perdersi Pala

Stanza raccolta, forse un po’ essenziale e piccola ma perfetta tutto sommato, letti comodi , bagno impeccabile e il tutto di recente fattura, ottima per quanto mi riguarda. Posizione STRATEGICA, ci si può dimenticare letteralmente della macchina per tutta la durata del soggiorno in quanto offrono pass a costo veramente ridicolo, se avete fortuna parcheggerete proprio a un passo dalla struttura come noi. Lo staff è stato super gentile e siccome la mia compagna in un paio di occasioni non è stata molto bene hanno avuto tutta la premura del mondo con noi, garantendoci anche posto nei giorni successivi senza previa prenotazione. Qualità prezzo da 10, complimenti di cuore.

Essendo in PIENO CENTRO, all’inizio tra una cosa e l’altra ho perso un po’ di tempo e pazienza….il campanello è in un posto, la struttura è vicina ma in un altro posto….la macchina in tutto ciò non si sa dove metterla perché è proprio centro storico….il check in mi ha spazientito, ma non per colpa loro, essendo fine agosto c’erano molti arrivi a quell’ora …una volta fatto il pass retroattivo per la ZTL invece tutto è andato in discesa, ci siamo davvero goduti la vacanza. Grande professionalità da parte di tutte.

Non affidabile! Non rischiare di rovinare la tua vacanza in questa struttura.

Posizione molto centrale. Possibilita' di lasciare le bici in garage durante la notte.

La stanza quadrupla fornita non era quella visualizzata nelle foto al momento della prenotazione, scelta anche per l'estetica oltre che per la posizione. La stanza prenotata era luminosa, ben arredata, con travi a vista. Ci hanno invece sistemati in una stanza buia, difficile da arieggiare, male illuminata, con soffitto a volta (tipo cantina) (vedi foto). In più non aveva le zanzariere come invece indicato nella descrizione. I proprietari (Hotel dei Gonzaga) non hanno voluto cambiarci la stanza e nemmeno ricompensarci per questa evidente discrepanza. Oltretutto, la stanza era stata pagata interamente al momento della prenotazione ad un costo che ammontava a piu' di 300 euro a notte. Non era presente un termostato per il controllo della temperatura, che poteva essere regolata solo tramite le valvole dei termosifoni (vedi foto).

Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt. Alles ist fußläufig. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass wir für das Parken 25 Euro bezahlen mussten und noch 2,60 Euro für die Einfahrt in die verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Das hatten wir bisher noch in keiner anderen Stadt in Italien. Das Frühstück war auch für italienische Verhältnisse sehr dürftig. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und uns ernsthaft gefragt wie das gebuchte Zimmer wohl gewesen wäre. Mir war das Hotel alles in allem zu teuer.

It was a great pleasure.

Perfect location! Mantua is such a beautiful old city! The personnel was very kind, the room was very clean and all the equipment worked great. We were all happy with the breakfast. The kids were happy with the wi-fi speed ;-)

The apartment was on the attic. I'm 1.9m tall - I needed to watch my head all the time :-)

Exceptional

Our triple room with Sordello Square view was a real plus!! Spacious and sparkly clean! Close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff at the check-in and out was very kind and helpful.We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

Booked a twin room with fridge, upon arrival we were given a double with a fridge that didn’t work, however we were immediately moved and upgraded to a large room for the inconvenience!

It was my second stay and I'm pretty sure it won't be my last.

The location was brilliant and the room was clean and comfortable.

I had to shut the window at night because of a noisy aircon unit in the courtyard.

Amazing location but service needs to improve l

The location was perfect and the decor and the building were really good.

No hot water in shower, just barely warm, a fire safety alarm which flashes a green light every 3 seconds and makes it all hard to fall asleep in the dark and the breakfast was not up to scratch. Only instant coffee from an automated machine and nonfresh croissants for breakfast.

But breakfast itself was very good- pastry of good quality, coffee from the bar, fresh fruits, ham, cheese, eggs etc were fresh and warm. Friendly and helpful staff.

As it's written in the description you had to pick up your keys in the other hotel, so, the breakfast also was in that hotel, a bit uncomfortable. The Mantua historical center has limited traffic, so it creates problems with finding a parking place. If you travel by car, keep it in mind.

location was super good, right in the city center, we coudn't have asked for more. We didn't have berakfast, and the hardest thing to do was the check-in, since the address shown is the garage's, from which u can enter the hotel, but cannot access the reception.
