Lovely, two pools, villas really cute and right on a great beach!

The breakfast wasn't what we normally eat, but the staff really accomodated what we like to eat, which was really sweet. I am sad that we only had one night there, great location, great beach and lovely little villas. Very comfortable and loved it.

Disappointing experience. If you want to spend time in that area, go to Kampot.

The location is pretty cool, knowing that Sihanoukville is not the most lovely city in Cambodia. The fact that the hotel is not located in the city center is an asset.

The beds quality is really low. The hotel is really noisy, the WIFI connection is really low, and the housekeeping is almost inexistant. The room are not clean at all, therefore stinky. We had a leakage in our toilets, so we had to end up changing our room. The new room had a larger leakage, that we realised in the middle of the night, only. Huge hole between the exterior door and our bathroom, so the insects could come however they wanted. Not our best experience in Cambodia.

not worth the money spent

the room was very nice, spacious. the pool always clean.

unfortunately the included breakfast is poor, very little choice in food: omelette, rice, noodle and porridge. Attention! I advise against including breakfast because apart from the food, you pay for everything, including the coffee. Nothing is included in the breakfast. I advise you to go to a typical restaurant nearby called Pizza Pop (wonderful breakfasts, lunches and dinners at very low prices). the structure is far from the center, for those wishing to visit the city. we just wanted to relax so, all in all, for two days, it went well. the staff does not speak English, apart from two people. If you order a drink, nobody brings it to the pool, you have to wait at the counter; once you have finished drinking, no one collects the glasses, you have to take them back to the restaurant. Yet the staff is not lacking, but remains standing still.

False photos, big road between the hotel and the beach, needs maintenance

The design, the location near the beach, the bedroom was spacious, and at least the bed was comfy and the ac was working.

The photos are not up to date, there is a massive boulevard between the hotel and the beach, it has been bought by the hotel next to it, so it's two different designs, and the maintenance is non existent, a lot of things like the wood floor of the well designed hotel is full of holes and dangerous for children and even adults, a lot of things are broken or in disrepair....

Friendly staff, great food but pricey.

I stayed here a long time ago when it was french owned. There was a buffet breakfast in place then but that wasn't th case when I was there this time.

They shouldn't have built a road btw the hotel and the beach. It was dangerous having to cross the street to go swimming in the ocean. The ocean front was dirty.

Could use a bit more love

The staff were amazing and helpful. They tried their best to make our stay a good one. The location is still a favorite for us as well.

It has become dilapidated. It feels like it needs a good clean from top to bottom. Also, the water didnt work... but that’s a first. The restaurant also has become a bit sparse, too.

Right in front of the beach

The hotel is right in front of the beach. The manager was very friendly and accomodating. He greets us every time he sees us. Food is a bit expensive compared to the restaurants nearby (3km). The free breakfast was awesome though.. chef did a good job poaching the eggs.

We had great stay here!

Everything we almost regular guest here every years since 2015 we stayed in each holiday in Sihanoukville, love the beautiful beach n staff all friendly and helpful, pool

but the bathroom since our third time stay it alway stuck until last stay moment in 2020
