Amazing location and hotel for a great price

Really good location. Amazing pool which is really clean. The rooms are nice and comfortable, they are also big and have a nice balcony. The rooms also come with a fridge and kettle. There are also pool towels in your room which is nice. The air con works great as well. Such good value for money. Staff were very helpful with our bags.

Nice and good stay considering the price

Great location; nice pool; cozy and clean bungalow; helpful staff - set a trip for us; fast and good working wireless internet; easy access from the lively phi phi streets

Not much privacy considering big windows at the bungalow right near the path; dark bathroom with almost no light at the shower, shower with almost no pressure; a little bit old furniture; reception is not at the entrance to the resort; a little poor English of the reception staff

Bon hôtel au centre de l’île

Hotel est situer au centre des rue principale de l’ile à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants et bar. Malgré la proximité des bar nous n’avons pas eu de problème de bruits.

L’hotel n’est pas directement sur la plage, il y a des avantages et désavantages a cette situation géographique.

Overall a nice place to stay

Location great , pool lovely . Breakfast ok . Staff were there to get luggage when arrived on ferry which we didn’t plan / arrange - a nice touch .

Bit smelly on the corridor we were in , but ok in room .

Very good

The bed!!! Most comfortable bed of my 3 week trip so far. So close to the beach and everything else. Friendly helpful staff. The blue lighting in the room was a trip. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again - I stayed longer than I had booked for.

When you opened the taps there was a hardcore sewage smell for about a minute but then after that it went away. Was pretty gross haha but that's my only complaint!

very close to all the bars at night when trying to sleep can hear loud music. the beds are rock hard and so uncomfortable. the air con is temperamental

Probably one of the best locations for a hotel - right in between the beach and the walking streets. The pool had a lot of lounge chairs so you always could find a spot.

The bedroom was outdated and the bathroom at times smelled stale / like sewer. The shower was one of those walk in styles so the water would fill about half the washroom (past the toilet). The air conditioning took a long time to work as well.

Location is perfect! The pool is nice too!

The bathroom needs a renovation, you have to hold the shower and use just one hand to actually shower. The breakfast could have more options.

Generally it was good stay .

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast. Good restaurant on the side .

we had a bungalow, it was very small, we hardly found where to put our suitcases.

we stayed here before and it was nice however this time we were given an extremely small bathroom with a balcony opposite a building so close we could touch the neighbours. the beds were very hard and there was lots of mosquitos

Fab hotel

Very clean, lovely breakfast, staff were all so friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and rooms cleaned every day.

It’s very noisy but didn’t bother us- if you want somewhere very quiet stay away from the pier.

Great location and nice pool.

Room was pretty clean, pool area was nice but the location was the show stopper, right in the centre of where you want to be - but it’s not loud in the evening.

A little pricey in regards to what else you could book, but I suppose you book for the location and pool area.

This place was lovely. Everyone we met were friendly and kind. The bed was very hard, so that made sleeping difficult. I will be coming back for sure. Thanks for all your kindness

it’s not meant for family’s with small children . all the family rooms have windows to the party street where is till 5 am party .

Superb

Our second stay was also very good. This time we had a room in a different building with an even better bathroom (bigger shower). Breakfast was delicious(again).

The coffee machine didn't work but luckily they always have a fresh brew ready on the stove. Due to a communication error we checked out way earlier than we had to to catch the ferry and had to kill an hour down on the pier with all the shops closed (no toilet, no WiFi to plan the upcoming travel)

The room was clean

When booking the hotel room I payed for breakfast included and later on I texted the hotel to ask for an extra bed. They told me that they could add it but when I got to the hotel for the check-in they were reluctant to put the extra bed in our room and ask us to go check the room and see how much space there was. I told it was fine but they were still reluctant to give us the extra bed. As they asked me to pay for the extra bed they told us that that bed did not include breakfast, which was the first time that ever happened to any of us. We were 3 but only 2 could have breakfast. As for the staying itself, the extra bed is no bed, just an camping maitrisse on the floor, the actual bed was very stiff/hard, and unconfortable. The water on the shower has no pressure and you cannot regulate the temperature, only open and close it. As for the breakfast, is really simple, without variety.
