Totally worth staying here.

At first, big thanks to personal for checking us in early! We were exhausted and personal just saved out lives by letting us in earlier. Very clean hotel, good location, comfortable beds.

Exceptional

I was surprised how quiet my room was, since the hotel is located on a fairly busy street and not far from the train station. Location was convenient for arriving/departing via train.

Pleasant

Position, breakfast, silence, cleaning. The room was little but enough for one night

The self check in without paper in the printer is not acceptable, because it was impossible to read the number of the room (and I was not the first guest to experience that). The not attended reception must be better cared. The "emergency" phone number answers with an automatic message only in German. The air aspirator in the room works practically without interruption and it is noisy. The single way to switch it off is to extract the magnetic key. A more efficient set up could be found

A surprising pleasure!

The room was tiny but very light looking out over old roofs and a mountain in the distance. That was a very nice surprise because the booking said it looked onto an inner courtyard.

The self check in worked fine, but it's still strange if you haven't used one before- there isn't anyone there at all and you put your booking details into a computer. You get a long email telling you how to do this, but It would be really helpful to have a few basic printed instructions in English, especially for how to get in the front door and where to drop off the key.

The room was clean, very nice bathroom and a lovely balcony.

That there was no-one at reception for the check in. Had to do it via pushing buttons. Confusing and a nuisance.

All right but very impersonal. Self check-in was horrendous.

Position and fairly comfortable. One of the staff - a young lady - was very patient and helpful

I did not like the self checking in system, talking through entryphone and the telephone at reception. It would have been more helpful if someone had been on the desk. However a young lady arrived and stored my bike well. Price high.

Good hotel to spend a quick night during a business trip. Unbeatable quality for the price

They sent me the instructions in german. Promised to send them in english but never arrived.

Location, modern style, good breakfast, everything you need to rest and sleep.

Poor noise isolation to neighbouring rooms. Don't expect daytime service and facilities (reception closed, some self service distribution machines).

A great hotel !!

Well locatated, great hotel and it was nice to be able to exchange with the reception before arriving. A great stay indeed :-)

Just a little problem with the air conditionning that didn't work :-( (because not connected to the electricity).
