A perfect location for a traditional seaside holiday.
Beautiful sea view which encompasses the whole of Filey Bay.
Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would have improved things perhaps.

lovely three night stay for my husbands birthday. apartment was lovely.
the sea view was amazing. loved the complimentary bottle of prosecco and milk. welcome pack explaining everything.

First class accommodation The best views
Everything was exceptional!! First class accommodation The views are just amazing , no need for a TV when you have those views. Excellent cleanliness, the most comfortable beds and beautiful linen. We slept so well , I can't recommend this apartment enough. The heating system was great, lovley to come home to after a wet and windy day . I have always loved Filey , even more so now we have found this place . We will definitely return !!! Thank you for making our stay perfect .

Would thoroughly recommend.
This was our fourth time at the apartment. The view of the bay and proximity to the beach does it for us!
The steep walk up to the town! Other than that there is nothing to dislike.

Great place in a great location. No dedicated parking which would be a bit of a pain in high season if you wanted to use
We picked this property mainly for its location but also because of the positive reviews. All local amenities are within a few minutes walk, with the beach being across the road. On arrival we easily found the property which was very clean and well equipped.
Nothing to complain about, but a couple of “even better ifs”. The chords for the blinds were too short. I could just reach two out of three in the living room, but couldn’t reach the third without standing on something which made opening or closing a pain. the one in the rear bedroom did not work and was stuck partially open.

Fantastic location. Sea view. Great apartment and facilities. We were able to park fairly close to the accommodation .
