Poor hotel experience

The room is quite big and able to fit extra bed.

This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed.The response of staff was very slow. Nobody helped to carry the bag from the time I arrived at reception. My family and I need to move rooms due to AC malfunction after complained several times with a very slow response. Nobody is helping to move the bag when moving rooms. The room literally smells like cigarettes even though I ordered the non-smoking one. The reception staff has very limited English.

If possible not again!

Breakfast was good, big and clean bed.

Room stinking from bathroom, many points like WiFi only cleared after several phone calls. Repair of safe after 1,5 days only with 3 phone calls, lid of WC not repaired. Booking promised view over city, but big steel construction in front of window, see picture. Seat of chair white from somebody´s sweat. Temperature of water in shower could not be changed. Window did not close neatly so much noise from traffic.

Nice choice for business travellers

The staff is very friendly. The food provided for breakfast and lunch are good. The room is spacious and very clean.

Small detail: one of the 220v socket in the bathroom was not working.

Almost Perfect!

The front desk and restaurant staff were world class. They were very attentive to our needs and we arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in early which was amazing.

The hotel staff was exceptional but the spa and fitness staff was horrible. They were second rate and very rude. If the spa and fitness staff were as considerate and had the same exceptional service, our stay would have been 10 all around.

Best place to stay for transit to Sabiha

Eventhough business was very slow due to COVID and I was the only guest in hotel, but staff were excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and able to speak proper english. My request for room has been properly followed. Breakfast was very good. I would like to thank reception staffs (Hayri-Eda-Mete) and recognize them for their efforts to go beyond my expectations.

Overall my short stay was excellent, the only thing might look into it is furnitures in room which was old and would be better to replace.

Fabulous

The room was quite large, we arrived early and the room was ready. the staff was friendly and cooperative.

Had problems with supply of hot water. In the evening took a long time to arrive, and even then was not hot enough. In the morning there was no hot water
