God does have his favorites. Anguilla island is one of them. Crystal is a strong second! :)

The property manager Crystal was as crystal as the Shoal Bay waters! Fantastic human being! She communicated with me each step of the way and even got me a car, when the whole island was sold out! You NEED a car! The car is a game changer! Too much to write on a review but I’m definitely coming back! You can keep the Four Seasons! I’ll take this cozy villa anytime!

Crystal made the property! Old fashion hospitality! Courteous and caring! From the small details of having a bag of ice ( the good kind) from having a couple of cans of Coke and bottle water in the fridge (no charge.) Plenty of towels, great directions on where to put gas and finding an ATM. I didn’t need room service but she did check on me and would love to chat about my day and plans. she gave you your space too! Never bothering like a property manager but like a new friend! My room(s) were excellent! I don’t cook but if you do, there is everything you need in the kitchen! The good Flame style stove with plenty of pots and pans! However 100 yards across the street is the Best BBQ shack home style cooking! $4 chicken (big) ribs and fish! Grab some beer is just a block away at the convenience store. Eat on your gorgeous patio/balcony and watch the sunset! You can hear a local bar singing (well) at night!

definitely returning to 1B

Our unit at 1B was well appointed and accurate with the description & pics on Booking.com. The balcony faces Sandy Ground & enjoyed the sunsets. There’s a bistro table & chairs. The staff super hospitable, friendly and very helpful. Crystal at the front desk made you feel at home and also willing to assist and book any reservations and recommendations. We definitely will return to this property.

Exceptional

Beautiful view over Sandy Ground some days showing small ships anchoring. Great central location to east and west access. Easy driving as roads not busy. Small convenience store nearby as well as restaurants fairly close. Huge balcony. Condo was spacious, clean and was well equipped. WIFI was good. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Would stay here again.

The area .. close to everything

When booking no deposit is required .. after booking they took a deposit.. then when inquiry about it .. they say we don't need a deposit and we do not need to make a deposit.. they refunded they money and told the secretary to cancel our booking because we didnt make the deposit .. misleading and very deceptive... get your information correct .. than to mislead your guest.. it was rude and very uncomfortable.. not only that the card was run under a car rental instead of the villa

Very pleasant place to stay for the budget conscious or if you don't have to be at the beach.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and convenient for anywhere on the island (with a car).

Shower leaked, not a big deal, just a wet bathroom floor.

Very good

My experience was more than expected. The villa had a great layout, clean and kitchen fully equiped. Beatiful view. Staff very friendly and accomodating. I just could not get that TV working 🤷‍♀️

They always replied to my messages fast, they did come to pick us up from the ferry, they had free shampoo and even lotion, they booked a rental car for us on a short notice and we could return it to the ferry harbor which was easier for us, they had a cleaning lady who brought us more towels etc

The location in the middle of the island requires definetely a car (the coordinates on Google maps are incorrect btw), didn't have a view for the sea despite I booked a room with that and there was some issue that the water was cut down for one night, but they came to fix it very fast in the morning even tho it was a Sunday as I complained about it
