Great service, great room, great location. Fantastic stay!

Rooms were fantastic, great view, great location!

Elevators were being serviced, with the volume of people coming and going, it was a bit slow. Had to ring reception for carpark access each time, would have been easier with a key pass.

Great hotal and location for couples and families

Nicely laid out room - comfortable amount of space fro 3 people. Location great - close to everything we needed Beds were pretty comfortable and warm enough.

Some of the surfaces had been missed in the cleaning process (hard to see the smears as a cleaner though as they were only visible in certain light eg backsplash in kitchen, cupboards in kitchen

Our room was changed to what we booked so we are disappointed and would not stay there again.

It was located well.

It was very noisy it night, we kept waking up with the noise.

Really nice room and location. Good wifi. Good kitchen amenities.

One lift was out of order our whole stay, this made for long waits to use them.

It’s pleasant

The location was so good. Like the view of the city from the room. Room was also clean

We didn’t know that check out was 10 am . We thought it’s usual 12 pm. They should have warned us before they charge us extra money. The bathroom has issues. Water doesn’t pass properly through the drain.

lovely stay close to the city

good position to Melbourne Southbank, staff were lovely rooms were comfortable

access to the car was awkward as you needed to be let in by staff, but didn’t really distract from our stay

Great place to stay in Melbourne

The apartment is in a great location in Southbank, close to centre of the city and all its attractions. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

hi it was very kind of Wrap to leave a birthday card and champagne for my husbands birthday.

hi the plug didn't work in the sink in the kitchen the bed doona/sheets where tucked in the bottom of the bed so tight you couldn't pull them up when it got cold I couldn't find the plug to dry my hair in the bathroom I used the plug in the laundry cupboard checkout was messy as I thought I was going to pay when we checked out but this had already been processed through my credit card. The girl at the desk didn't tell us she needed to use her fog in the lift to get to our car which was parked in house so we held the lift up. Our room key card had been deactivated after only 1 day of our stay so we couldn't get in our room when we returned from shopping on the 2nd day of our stay. We ended up having to go back down 38 flights to reception to ask why we could get in.

Go somewhere else unless you lack sense of taste and smell.

Location was great

Room stunk of cigarette smoke, when I commented as we checked out I was dismissed by staff, who stated they could do nothing about it. The restaurant breakfast was awful (my daughter asked why the pancakes smelt of playdoh), they replaced her meal with a "croissant" apparently, it was that in name only, grilled with american plastic cheese. The pool was falling apart and the paint was peeling from the ceiling in there! Nothing like the picture. I took a pool tile as a souvenir.

the pool was ok for the swimmers but as a parent there was limited seating so it was hard when multiple parents were supervising and no seats available

The two bedroom apartment is quite well suited for families. Spacious sitting area with kitchen. Excellent location. Very comfortable and convenient.

the large space and its proximity to Rod Laver Arena

the bathroom (the shower in particular, which was very small) and the bed which was only a double and not comfortable at all.
