Beautiful old building but well modernised. Marianne was the perfect host. If your visiting this area I strongly suggest this place. A real treat!!

Stunning castle building with friendly hosts. Check in and check out was very easy and the hosts were helpful to recommend local places to visit and eat.
The main issue was that the toilet did not work (flush) at all and when we told the host they were not concerned and told us that the water pressure had been bad recently.

This place was amazing. The hosts were incredible and could not have been better. Huge, beautiful property with large rooms. The breakfast was delicious. We only had a night to spend here. We will definitely go back and for much longer.

Amazing location - old castle, few rooms, lots of quiet. Super friendly people giving their everything for you to enjoy the say. Great breakfast! Beware of the dogs though, they need a little space ;)

Breakfast was outstanding - the whole family loved it. The room was also spacious, and the Castello has a fantastic history that Lorenzo kindly took us through.
The pool was lovely to cool off in - especially on the very hot day we stayed.

Our stay at the Castello was amazing and way to short. The hosts were warm and very helpful and even booked us a great restaurant. We hope to return again with our family to the Castello.

I cannot recommend the Castello enough. It's an absolute gem. Firstly, the property is breathtaking and full of character and charm, it's a dream italian retreat. The building has been lovingly and sympathetically restored and is so peaceful and relaxing. There's a fabulous pool, gorgeous gardens, and some super friendly dogs, and all those things would make it a great place but the hospitality we received was the icing on the cake. Lorenzo and Marina are truly exceptional hosts, and were so incredibly kind to us. They looked after us very well and our every need was catered for. They went out of their way to help us, they were generous with their time and nothing ever was a problem. Breakfasts are delicious with fresh eggs from their hens and homemade tarts. The train that will take you to Milan, Bergamo and Como is only a four minute walk away and the local restaurants are an absolute treat. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, do yourself a favour and book it.
