Globalement un super séjour chez Ruzan qui est très sympathique et francophone

L'hôte est extrêmement sympathique, parle parfaitement français, et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le cadre est magnifique, on se souviendra longtemps du joli jardin, des poules, des chats et des grappes de raisin en abondance de la terrasse. Il y a même un piano, et pouvoir jouer après des semaines dans le Caucase fut très agréable pour moi. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité !

Le Bed and Breakfast est vraiment très excentré, et en hauteur. Sans voiture, il est donc très fatiguant d'aller du centre ville ou de la route pour Goris / Tbilissi vers le b&b, et vice versa. Avec des sacs à dos c'est particulièrement dur ! Le petit-déjeuner est un peu cher également, mais c'est du détail. :)

The host was lovely, helpful and accommodating. The location was nice and the garden was pretty. The bathroom was clean.

Exceptional

We enjoyed every much the hospitality and got a great help whith planing our travels in Armenia! The breakfast was very nice and each day a bit different. The rooms and bathroom was super clean and fresh. And we enjoyed the Terrasse a lot. It was a very calm and relaxing place to stay after hiking in the region. The location was also good, close to the center. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

Superb

Ruzan was very sweet and makes a great breakfast for what she charges. There are chickens in the yard, which reminded me of my childhood --it's not just her, every yard has chickens. She speaks very little English, but she speaks Armenian, Russian, and French, so we were able to communicate well enough.

This is not a negative about Ruzan's place, but there seem to be a lot of places listing as B&Bs in this town, and I can't imagine there are ever enough visitors to fill them. It's not really a hot destination. So if you're looking to chat with other travelers, good luck. Ruzan's place is set up well for if there were more people: there's a common area, a balcony, and a garden.

fantastic homestay with cooking workshop

the host is great. our girls had a cooking workshop where they made a Gata. we loved our time at b&b ruzan

Amazing, beautiful house, Ruzan and her husband are so nice. We had a great time, everything was perfect : the room (few rooms with a big shared living-room, a piano, etc.), amazing garden, excellent breakfast, kindness of the owners

The hospitality of the owners !!! Amazing !!! You feel like you are part of the family! The house is super cozy !! (Common area & the rooms)! The breakfast is amazing prepared with the heart ! Amazing stay here ! Highly recommended !

Comfortable accommodation with good food

The owners of this accommodation are really nice and welcoming. They immediately gave us tipps regarding tours and what we can do while in the area. The bed was really comfortable, we appreciated the heater as it was quite cold and we liked the big meeting room for all the guests. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended for a stay.
