Przydałaby się lepsza kawa w obiekcie, większa czystość i internet bez zarzutu.

Widok na lotnisko, wielkość apartamentu. Lokalizacja by zobaczyć Kolejkowo i wystawę Lego.

Brak internetu od 15:00-17:00 mimo zgłoszeń na Recepcji, trwało to za długo. Przyszedł ktoś dopiero po drugim telefonie. Wyjazd był służbowy. Pościelone łóżka w 2 pokojach (w sypialni i dodatkowe w drugim pokoju zupełnie niepotrzebnie) podczas jego składania znaleźliśmy czyjeś stringi…

Stunning apartment

The property was very clean and excellent facilities, the view was absolutely stunning.

I was asked which day I would like the cleaner to come which I told them but the cleaner never came.

Cóż... Po prostu polecam, jak zawsze :)

W tym obiekcie kompletnie nic się nie zmienia przez lata! Panie z recepcji wciąż młode, piękne i miłe. Apartamenty zadbane i czyste. Widoki boskie, jak na podniebną lokalizację przystało ;) Jedyne co się zmieniło - usprawniono wjazd na parking +3. Wcześniej trzeba było dzwonić do ochrony, aby wjechać z Gwiaździstej, teraz dodano czytniki kart, więc działa to sprawniej (chyba po zmianie właściciela budynku dokonano tej modernizacji).

Die Aussicht ist super und unser Zimmer war groß und geräumig

Der Zugang und die "Hotelflure" sind verschmutzt und super unfreundlich und kühl eingerichtet. Im Zimmer ist es auf den ersten Blick echt schick auf den zweiten leider nur Schein als sein. Badewanne extrem laut, Hebeanlage pumpt ständig ab noch lauter. Bett war Bretthart und die Einrichtung fällt auseinander wie die Türrahmen im Bad etc. Wir haben was wichtiges auf dem Zimmer vergessen, das wurde leider nicht gefunden.

Fazit: Traumhafte Aussicht wie im Film, pure Entspannung und einfach Luxus pur. Preis-Leistung TOP!

Die Lage ist wirklich super, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten ein Apartment „nur“ in der 31. Etage. Schon beim Betreten des Apartments war mal sprachlos vom Blick über Breslau - es war einmalig. Wie hatten den Ausblick Richtung Osten, also Sonnenaufgang inklusive. Das Zimmer war komplett sauber, ausreichend und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - 1:1 wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr modern und technische Ausstattung im Apartment, die Lichtschalter und Klima waren etwas zu technisch, sodass man sich ausprobieren musste, aber es hat kein Problem dargestellt. Küchengeräte sowie technische Ausstattung leider nur auf polnisch, man kommt aber mit Übersetzer zurecht. Personal immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Anreise muss man auf Grund des riesigen Gebäudekomplexes erst einmal den richtigen Eingang finden, es wird einem jedoch sehr höflich geholfen. Direkt im EG des Sky Towers ist ein Einkaufszentrum, mit sehr guten Restaurants, Apotheke, Einkaufsmarkt, Gym und vielem mehr. Preis-Leistung der Parkgebühren, absolut okay. Man bekommt einen persönlichen Stellplatz zugewiesen in einem Parkhaus, welches Video überwacht und nicht öffentlich zugänglich ist, lediglich für Apartment-Gäste oder Dauerparker. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und auch sicher wieder buchen.

Man muss wissen, dass man VOR dem einfahren im das Parkhaus vor dem Gebäude parken bzw. Halten muss zum Check-In. Man bekommt beim Check-In dann den Apartment-Schlüssel inkl. Karte für das Parkhaus und Nutzung der Fahrstühle. Beim Verlassen dann andersrum, erst aus dem Parkhaus fahren, an der Straße halten und dann Check-out. Wenn man es weißt, ist es kein Problem.

Fantastic views but doesn't come easy

I did read the (not so great reviews) before booking but I just couldn't resist those views and they are fantastic! The apartment is clean, has everything you need and the bed is comfy. Lady at reception was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English.

My welcome wasn't the easiest. What is not emphasised is that you cannot turn up to the parking and press the buzzer - you must pull over in the right hand lane, which acts like a pull in, get out and go to reception for a card to let you through the parking gate. I got shouted out for not doing this but what we both couldn't communicate was that I had other cars that had pulled in behind me. All the parking attendant shouted at me was 'reception' while I had to negotiate the cars to reverse so I could somehow turn around, to get out of the car park entrance. I'd messaged twice to say I was coming by motorbike but instead of the generic message to welcome me they could have flagged the parking... Once I had been given all the info, I then drove in, and it isn't the most obvious signposting and lift system. I asked for some help and was told 'no' by what I assume was an owner of a flat so it seems there is some hostility between those that live there and the apartments being rented out to tourists. Following that, the bath ran cold so I gave up and had a shower. I also tried every light switch (and there is 3 pads of light options) and couldn't turn off the one set in the kitchen so gave up and went to bed with them on.

Overall I have a good experience, however I found the apartment to be overpriced in relation to the cleanliness and quality of the furnishings. I also expected a larger flat and a less finicky approach at the reception (I think that such a high deposit is not necessary, as some of the furnishings are already slightly worn, and equipment such as kitchen or bathtub is not at all high-end). On a hint, the bed was of poor quality and the board in it broke immediately, but in this case reception responded very well by getting a technician to repair the bed straight away and extending our hotel day by 2 hours (which is exactly how long it took the technicians to repair it). A bath overlooking the city (admittedly the view is not of the old town and city centre but of the airport) is impressive anyway and staying in this apartment allows you to relax and disconnect from the urban world below. However, I think an experience of this type and price would be more worthwhile in another location.

Approach from reception with clear doubts about whether we would damage the flat furnishings, high deposit, high price in relation to the quality of the furnishings and the size of the flat. Very neglected lobby, lift and rooms between lift and flat.

The value for money is terrible, we were charged almost 300 euro/night for a basic apartment with a complicated AC system, we got no instructions how to use it. on top of that they wanted almost 25 euro/day for parking which is a rip off, considering you can park not too far from the building for free. the apartment is minimal , yes the view is nice, but not worth it at all, for the same amount of money one could stay in a 5 stars hotel in Paris, we thought when we booked the apartment we are getting a Jacuzzi, which did not really exist. the ladies in the reception are very unfriendly, no smile what so ever. bottom line - find yourself a decent 5 stars hotel for this price, you will get a better service

I liked the view, the location, and the fact that there was a hot tub in the room, also the bathroom was spacious

THE LIGHTS WERE BROKEN, they kept on turning on for no reason. Also, the control panel on the wall didn’t work at all, just broken. Also, we didn’t get the Wi-Fi code and we had to go to the reception to get it, it was so difficult to call the reception, it’s like it’s random when they pick up and when they won’t

Great stay with Great Views and Friendly people

Compared to the other sky tower company the front desk/reception was very friendly! They refunded my deposit quickly, they allowed early check-in if the room was ready, and they also allow luggage atorage before checkin and after checkout, which is very helpful!

This is being really picky, but if I had to choose an improvement, it would be the furnishings of the apartment and the mattress. Although the bed was comfortable, i think it could be improved.

Everything. It was such a beautiful hotel with so many facilities and had a range of food places near by to go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was in the perfect location. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be coming back! We stayed for 3 nights and felt it wasn’t long enough! The staff were very friendly too.

It was very big biutiful apartment with a whirlpool next to the window. In apartment we had all that we wanted. Very kind and helpfull receptionist. There are resturants and shops in citymall on the graund floor. Best of the best!

We loved how spacious our apartment was, nice furnishing ams comfortable bed.

WiFi doesn't work - doesn't even come up as available network. I messaged management team ( same number who contacted us regarding check in ) but they never responded to us. I have noticed few other people mentioning issues with WiFi- this seems to be ongoing issue. No cleaning products in the kitchen- would be handy to have washing up liquid and kitchen cloth to clean up after cooking.
