Bra boende och prisvärt.

Bra standard på rummet. Bra frukost, särskilt när värden kom och frågade om jag önskade äggröra!

Körde fel när jag angav gatan i bilens navigator. Sökte på I AM HOTEL i mobilen istället och kom rätt.

ok mais sans plus

L'emplacement à deux pas d'une ligne de bus directe vers le centre.

L'hôtel se spécialise dans la réception de fête de famille. c'est annoncé et c'est Ok. Mais pas au point d'en ignorer les clients de l'hôtel dès que les groupes sont arrivés.

It's a traditional bar/restaurant with a newer hotel added on. Bar/restaurant v good and staff lovely.

Dumb name. Shows up twice on Googlr Maps - confusing. Carpark not clearly marked. Hotel sigh way up over terrace so confusing to find. Room hard to find - no signs for rooms 201-208 - only found accidentally. Room only ok - modern but with basic pine bed etc.

Slept for a few hours...absolutely disappointing......there was NO HOT WATER.....

It was near the highway...that was a good thing

I had travelled 1400 km being16 hours on the wheel when I arrived at "I AM Hotel" in Graz. I was so tired I went to sleep immediately on arriving. I woke up at 6.00 in the morning to have a shower but there was NO HOT WATER. I LET THE WATER RUN FOR10 MINUTES, NO HOT WATER WHATSOEVER. There was no one in sight at the reception to complain as it was Saturday and I was leaving very early. What is the use of a nice and clean bed if one leaves the hotel room as sweaty and stinky as they arrived? Please do not bother to stay here if you want to have a shower and clean yourself.... I will certainly address this query to booking com

Poor

The lights were shining into my room all night and there is a smoke area right outside so the smoke goes into the room. I was not satisfied. The room was old and uncomfortable shower rusty. Not coming again.

Great having the restaurant & bar next door and a wonderful girl working there who helped us check in as it was about 10.15pm.

clean rooms very friendly people, the check in needs improvement.

Clean with very friendly staff. Good restaurant on the premises and good breakfast.

The automatic check in machine they have didn’t work properly and we get stuck for a half hour trying to check in. Only after help from the people in the kitchen we manage to check in.

Exceptional

Amazing location, close to the highway. We used it in our trip to Croatia. Clean, quite place with great breakfast. Checking and Checkout without any complication as simple as possible.

Cleaning ladies has loud carts :D Its annoying in the morning. thats all :)

Room not as shown in pictures, uncomfortable

The bathroom was nice and clean.

Room was not as shown on photos, very small. It was very cold when we came in, and took about 8 hours to heat up to "room temp". The pillow and the bed were the most uncomfortable combination i've ever tried. My neck and spine hurt after the first night. There was dirt on the small shelf near the entrance.

Exceptional

The most important thing I would like to say is gratitude to all the staff and owners of the hotel! The first time we came to this hotel was by accident. We are Ukrainians and were heading to our daughter in Italy in April. We could not check into any hotel in Vienna at night and continued on our way. Having traveled 1200 km in a day, we ended up in Graz. After getting rejected in three hotels around 6 am, we decided to try another one. The girl who works in the hotel restaurant and who has already come to her shift did everything so that we could lie down to rest, despite the lack of staff at the reception. We slept until noon. Then we had a breakfast that I have never eaten before in a hotel! In the end, they didn't even charge. Therefore, I booked a room for my daughter when she returned from Ukraine after the holidays. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Clean, tasty, sincere!!!

If you wanted to use also the appendet restaurant (wooden house) more information how it is possible Above "Wülde wiesen" it could have been godd to have one access (door) to waking rail to Florinaiberg (neverything fenced in) information about when the resecption is vacant/occupied ( to settle the bill beforer departure)

Perfect rooms for a couple days, good restaurant and very kind staff. Large parking place and clean rooms. Fast and free wifi.

Currently under construction. Noise starts at 7AM. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is great.
