Für drei Tage gerade noch aushaltbar.

Frühstück ausreichend, leider keine weichen Frühstückseier.

Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Stiegen sehr klein bis nach oben 4.Stock. Bettlänge viel zu kurz in Nische eingebaut.

Alles was man braucht

Einchecken per Keyboy war super einfach und entspannt, da ich nur nachts zum schlafen da war. Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, gerade der Ventiltor war super. Das Bett war mir persönlich, also große Person etwas zu kurz, für eine kurze Nacht dennoch vollkommen ausreichend

Sauberes Hotel im Herzen Erlangens

Sauberkeit, renoviertes Bad, Lage, Ruhe, unkomplizierter Check- in/-out, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants an allen Ecken im Umfeld Edit. Hier sind 4 Fotos drin, die ich nicht hochgeladen habe. Müssen von jemandem anderes sein! :D

Am Wochenende leider kein Frühstück verfügbar :'( Ich hatte ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk ohne Aufzug. Mit Gepäck sehr schwer zu erklimmen. Nicht geeignet für gehbehinterte Menschen, da auch die Stufen teilweise sehr hoch waren. Ein paar wenige Sachen, die zu reparieren wären, aber jetzt nicht immens gestört haben! Check out 10 Uhr sehr früh, 11Uhr wäre besser.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber, super Lage, leckeres und ausreichendes Frühstück, unkomplizierter Check-In, klein aber fein, gute Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht bei Fenster offen. Das ist aber überall der Preis für eine zentrale gute Lage. Ein Deckenventilator im Sommer wäre super, damit man trotz Wärme bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann.

Boa estadia em boa localização.

Hotel bem localizado, na região central, com bom quarto e bom café da manhã (mas não excelente).

A recepção só funciona de manhã. As chaves são pegas na chegada, em uma caixa perto da porta, o que me deixou apreensivo sobre qualquer problema que pudesse haver sobre acesso ao hotel. É feito para funcionar (e funcionou, no meu caso), mas eu não saberia o que fazer se tivesse problema com a chave.

The right booking for a short business strip in the center of Erlangen.

It had everything I needed for two nights.

I didn’t mind but for someone that is sensible sleeping the room was right beside the street so at night with the few cars, mostly young people walking, and the traffic light someone with sensible sleep might find it difficult to sleep, but not my case. On the other hand, the first day the building smelled like fresh paint that was the only think I didn’t like.

Could I have known, I would not have booked in your hotel

The bed was somehow comfortable

Poor customer care, no breakfast, you could just decide to cut water and it is an order no discussion despite that the customer paid for that, little motivations just like tea leaves/coffee not provided

Superb

The hotel is located very close to Langemarkplatz busstop, and also is in walkable distance to Arcaden. The room was very clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The wifi had some problem for an hour, but it got resolved on its own. The check-in was contactless, as I visited it over the weekend. The checkout was also smooth and contactless. The bathroom had fresh towels, soap, and basic toiletries. Overall, a very nice experience.

There was a problem with the wifi for an hour or so, and I couldn't find anyone at the reception. During the weekends, the only consultation was available via phone, and as I don't speak good German, it was slightly inconvenient

I would definitely stay here again.

The location was quite central and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The windows in the rooms actually open so you can enjoy fresh air!

The doors to the shower don't seal well which resulted in water leaking out into the bathroom. The hotel is older than the pictures online show. For example the carpets are worn.

The location trumps everything else. The checkin was frictionless. Even though we booked same 2 rooms, the rooms were not similar, both of them were good though.

The rooms are not very soundproof. The cleaning in the morning is a bit noisy as well. Though the hotel had free breakfast, the options and the timing were limited. The breads were over before 15 mins and when I asked the staff for more bread, I was denied. The response from the staff was always a bit curt.

The cleanest place we ever stayed in

This is maybe the cleanest place we have ever experienced! It was so shiny and neat,we were really impressed.We used it as a sleepover on our trip, for one night,and it lies very convinient close to the highway A3,some 5 min.away (ring Nürnberg).No worries of later check-in,since they have a "Keyboy" system: you need to mail the accomodation after your reservation and you get a code to get your keys and get in. The breakfast was also very good,as a buffet with various choices.Also the lady working there was very hospitable and accesible. There is no private parking of the hotel,but just nearby there are two very convinient parking garages,one for 7€ (200 m) and the closer one (50 m) 20€ a day.The reception lets you know of it,with all the needed details,in their first mail they send you,even without asking about it. All in all:a place already saved in our favourites!

Nothing really...as a family of four we needed to book two double-bed rooms,which went a bit above our prepared budget.However,this is a personal consideration and afterwards we didn't regret of paying it.

Very good

The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and maintained. The location is very nice and good for nearby cafes and restaurants and happening places. The hotel is very much recommended. The hotel staff is really nice and great. Very understanding and polite in nature.

It was the Air conditioning which was missing and other than that everything was perfect but there is a mini fan or cooler is available in the room but it's not enough for 2 people.

Bad experience

checkin was easy.

The room smelled so bad, all windows were closed so the there was no fresh air. Room was too small and too hot for summer, especially with a very thick carpet. I should have maybe expected this because of the relatively low price. I couldn’t spend more than an hour in the room. I checked inn at midnight, and left at 1 am and had to book another place. Upon request for refund, the hotel refused. I guess they don’t care much if someone has a good experience at their property.

Superb

Great position right in the city center, clean rooms, wide choice for breakfast, nice and helpful staff. The hotel does not have its own car park but there are two public ones nearby. The one that appears as "Contipark" on Google Maps has a daily fee of 7€ and is less than 200m away, so it might be a good choice. BTW, the hotel staff was nice enough to send me information on how to reach the two car parks in advance, without even asking.
