Quiet neighborhood in the suburbs.
Spacious room with big bathroom.
Clean.
Key pick-up and drop-off system was nice.
No view.
Restrictive parking space
No proper work surface. Only plastic camping table.
Plugs and cables on floor or hanging.

Close to town. Lovely garden creating a very private environment. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bedroom and ensuite. Very happy with our stay.

We got upgraded to the summit rainforest retreat accomidation so didn't get to see what blue gum was like. But really enjoyed the spacious upgrade.

Lovely place to stay. Our own room with shower & TV. ALSO shared lounge & kitchen area.Every thing supplied, could also cook a meal.
Drive way a bit steep.

It's a beautiful location and the property and building are awesome. If you want a property that has a bit of a traditional feel (eg wood everywhere) but all the modern conveniences, this is the right place. And the price is good!
The bed was a little hard for my wife. The room I booked last time was nicer. There was noise from walking around upstairs and voices and other noises seem to carry. There are screens missing on some of the windows so mosquitos can get in.
7.0
it was in a quiet area.
Shared kitchen and lounge room, reminiscent of a backpacker's hostel. No reception to allow an early check-in if room is available. Free Wifi is standard and expected with accommodation all over the world.

Nothing
This supposedly Superior Double Room was nothing like pictures on Booking.com
garden rubbish everywhere
Mould on toilet cistern
No water pressure in shower

The host should say hello to us and the price is too high for that facilities.

It was close to where my relatives live, which is why we chose it. Complimentary tea/coffee. Keys easy to pick up from key safe.
The pool was not clean. The bunk beds creaked. The bed sheets were hard. Poor lighting up the driveway to the property from the road.

There was no breakfast supplied.
There is no sink so the kettle had to be filled by one glass at a time from the tiny bathroom hand basin. A plastic dish is provided to wash the dishes but can't be filled because of no sink and no tea towel was provided even if you did wash the dishes. No tissues in the bathroom. Quite noisy from people in other rooms beside and upstairs. The text with the pin code to retrieve room keys came in an hour after the specified time of check in. As it happened I was running an hour late so didn't get stranded but could have if I had arrived right on time. These are all small points but there needs to be more attention to detail.

Hi guys! Thank you for letting us stay, I hope we weren’t too much trouble and we managed to get out at 9.45, sorry I should have read a bit more of the details. I was wondering if you had my jacket it was hanging on the back of the chair in the dining room. If I could arrange to pick it up one afternoon this week that would be lovey. Get back to me when you have the chance. Thanks again

the tv/Netflix was not connected to the internet. so we did not use them. very hard to get in contact with the owners as there is no email address and the phone number is not in service. other than that it is a great place to stay!

Convenient
It’s called a B&B but they have removed the breakfast component. Therefore it’s not a B&B!

Convenient pretty location. Easy check in. Great value for money.
Musty smell coming from the bathroom.

The location is very good, close to the conservation walk, we saw a tree kangaroo, so happy about that.
We would have liked one more blanket, the nights were cold.
7.0
Good location and facilities. Room setup very nice and attractive complex overall.
Noise transfer from adjoining rooms distracting. Bright light outside window + inability lower blinds made sleep very difficult.
4.0
It was clean.
Uncomfortable bed and sofa, inadequate blankets for overnight temperatures, fan heater was noisy, tired furniture, no breakfast despite booking offer, tiny tv, room was dark and noise from adjacent common room was annoying. The garden looked neglected and overgrown.

Nothing was liked.
Problem is I never checked the reviews as most times I am trying to find accommodation in the eleventh hour. I would have noticed that my previous review was bad and now I feel shame, because I did say I would never go back - caught out.
Spider webs every where - this would indicate a high possibility of spiders.
Dust on everything that did not move.
Towel had a long hair on it.
Pillows were hard, bed uncomfortable (spring type) made a noise. Did not sleep till 3 am. Must have dozed off from sheer exhaustion, then had to drive to see clients, was a tough day. All because of an uncomfortable night.

The breakfast was good.
The ensuite was roomy.
The room was clean.
Having the common area, allowed us to chat with other guests.
The carparking was squeezy, but as our car is not very large it wouldn't put us off returning.
No laundry on site. We had the option of using one at another property if we needed.

The owners are very understanding and the location beautiful.

Easy check in and out! Super easy

Not much actually.
We have stayed here before and had a lovely room in the front, which is why we decided to visit again. This time we were stuck in a back, boxed in room, which was dark and not welcoming at all. The bed was quite hard and the TV was too small. We decided to visit a local cafe for breakfast rather than have the cereal provided. So disappointing.
