This is a small complex of semi-detached villas, tastefully built and in an ideal location to explore le Marche. The beds were comfortable, and there is efficient central heating - still needed when we visited.
The kitchen is adequately equipped for holiday cooking with all the basics available. Unfortunately, the hob ignition did not work and a lighter and a few matches had been left which were not ideal.
Everything was very clean when we arrived, and we were offered clean towels and bed linen part way through our stay.
Our dog was made very welcome and there were good walking options nearby.
The accommodation had a great sized bathroom, which for some reason had been fitted with the smallest shower possible - nigh on impossible to turn around in it without hitting the tap with an arm, causing the water temperature to change suddenly.

We stayed near friends at villa manu, it is very peaceful, easy to find place.

A good central location for the province of Fermo with also quick access to the numerous bars, restaurants, shops and beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Pedaso areas. The villa is situated in a generally quiet area of Lapedona with good sea and countryside views. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dogs who also enjoyed the stay. The gardens are very well kept.
There is no wi-fi access in each villa, only available in the host's living area or outside garden. This is not convenient for privacy or when using laptop/tablet computers outdoors as strong sunlight, rain or the annoying midges can make usage very difficult. The second negative point for me was during my 10 day stay the hosts did not undertake any general cleaning and since the required materials were not provided the villa could not be kept as clean as I would have preferred. Guests are also expected to carry out recycling of the rubbish and take it to the outside bins at the entrance to the complex. In this connection there is a plastic muti-coloured recycling tower of about 1.2 metres height located in the kitchen/living area which spoils the aesthetics of the room which is a shame as throughout the villa the standard of furniture and artwork is very high. Furthermore the towels and bed linen were not changed and although there is a washing machine and drying stand provided there are no required soaps/powder. In any event this is not a generally preferred activity when on holiday.

Localisation, quite neighberhood, beautiful landscape, ideal countryside.
The Land Lord has not spoken English. It was not comfortable , but of course we have very easily communicated while using internet translator.
