A wonderful find.

The whole building was a delight, the log burner was welcoming. The Sunday lunch was excellent.

The breakfast smells though welcoming were a little overpowering in the room. The internet connection to the TV in the room was a little problematic

Perfect. Lovely, relaxing stay, excellent service, and all round lovely place.

Perfect location, car park great. Lovely dining room. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice, prepared and cooked to order. Good choice of evening meals. Room lovely, decoration perfect and the shower great. Lovely outside cocktail bar area and inside lounge if weather cool.

Restful, perfect situation and very pleasant staff and a comfortable bed.

From start to finish we were impressed with everything. Our breakfasts and all meals (lunch and dinner) were scrumptious, our room was perfect and the location was excellent.

Mattress very hard and pillows really hard in the Drury lane room- Did not sleep well at all.

Very disappointed as when reported about bathroom smells and first response was no one else has comp

Location was excellent Breakfast was excellent

Very bad smells in bathroom, drains. Had to stand between tv and window to get a sea view, not as advertised. Doggy smell in reception area, owners have three dog's.

The breakfast was superb with wide choice . The hotel was ideal for walking into town and station.

Parking was a bit difficult as we had large car but staff tried there best to find us a parking space

Fantastic weekend

The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was quite small but lovely. The bed was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location for walking everywhere. The food is excellent and the staff are brilliant especially Sophie who was so attentive all weekend. We had a great time for my birthday weekend.

Had couple of days stay,excellent location,stayed before when it had previous owner yet again was excellent stay.a beautiful house immaculate ,excellent host's fantastic breakfast choices. Gardens lovely.would definitely recommend. Thankyou for lovely couple of days at your lovely house.

Would highly recommend this Hotel

The breakfasts were all excellent, could not have been better. Our room was lovely, although in hindsight, we should have asked for a room with shower facilities, and not just a bath. The hotel is immaculately presented throughout, and exceptionally clean. The location is prefect, for the beach or a stroll, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Can't honestly find anything to dislike.

Stayed in a lot of different hotels, but Burlington Berties is the best by far.

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious clean and decor was lovely. The food was fresh and would class as fine dining, so much more than expected. Definitely rate the hotel above 5* Would recommend anyone to stay at Burlington Berties or even eat there as it was one of the most relaxing hotels have been to.
