Exceptional

Nice little place. Ricardo the host and the other staff are very welcomimg and friendly. Ricardo is always somewhere around the house if you need help or if you have questions. He is happy to give tips about the area. The restaurant next to the place is also very good. Breakfast also good with very good coffee.

A place we were return…

it was quiet place for perfect relax with great olive garden, large and deep pool. Very comfortable room and equipment. Client and personal approch. I would definitely recommand it!

if you have request for the floor you must send it in advanced. We assumed to stay in first floor near to pool because of childrem, but we had a room in first floor. but finally it was not a problem for us. what I want to say if you want to have room on specific floor you should ask for it.

We are super satisfied with the stay, the children loved the pool, there was always enough space in the pool and on the sunbeds. It was clean inside and out side. The host was amazing🤗

Easy to relax!

Apartment was really clean and spacious. The pool area and Olive Garden are great and relaxing place. Location is good, only 10 minutes to Lake Garda by car. There is a big supermarket right next to residence. And at the end the owner was really friendly and helpful.

wonderful for the family with small kids

friendly and have great hospitality staffs, good location. big grocery shopping next to the property. we stayed with three small children (1, 2 and 3 yo), but very comfortable with big garden pool and small kids playground. we’ll definitely be back again. thank you.

We'll be back!

Nice quiet location, surrounded by beautiful olive gardens to the front and back with an outdoor swimming pool at the back for when the weather is warm. The residence is managed by a lovely family who are very welcoming and friendly. Their two daughters were so nice and played with our 5 year old daughter over the few days we stayed. We initially booked 2 nights, but really liked it and wanted to stay for another 2. They didn't have the next night unfortunately so we went away for one night and then came back again for another 2! The rooms have a kind of rustic aesthetic which I liked. They were well maintained, and clean, with enough towels provided for all of us and no surprise costs. For dinner we always went to the Locanda next door which was so nice and I highly recommend trying it. The breakfast was included in the rate and is served in that restaurant and we loved it, a lovely way to start the day. We really enjoyed our time here and will come back for sure next year. Don't hesitate to book a stay here if you're looking for a nice quiet place to unwind. The location is handy also as it's about 10-15 minutes drive from Gardaland and a 5 minute walk to the HUGE supermarket down the road. What more do you need ☺️.

My only regret is that we didn't stay longer ☺️

Perfect hotel for a family or couple visiting the Garda area.

The property was clean and well maintained. Everyone working there was extremely friendly at the hotel and in the restaurant. The location could not be any better for visiting the local wineries and it’s a great place to enjoy some wine under beautiful olive trees.

Great time in Italy

As soon as we got the hotel,we had a great news,with a up grade to special room,Laura,the host,is very kind. There is everything that a family need in the room.Enjoy a garden having a drink under a oliver tree.The hotel is very close to Gardaland,Verona,and market.The parking car is very good,always find spot. Breakfast good,internet works very well,amazing pool on a quiet garden. I’m really happy about my choice,I mean my wife choice.😁
