This lovely Riverside Condominium is located overlooking the majestic San Miguel River and Town of Telluride. This spacious three bedroom, two-level, top floors accommodation is perfect for couples, friends or families. Great lay-out with all the comforts of home and then some! Kick off your shoes when you enter this inviting Telluride home and cozy up in front of the stucco hearth gas fireplace. Living area has soaring, wood-beamed ceiling, large flat-screen TV, DVD and Bose entertainment speaker system plus comfy seating area with sectional sofa AND loveseat, contemporary southwestern decor and deck overlooking the River and downtown just a steps away.
Enjoy entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen complete with every imaginable appliance plus beautiful stoneware and serving aplenty. Breakfast bar has four (4) leather barstools and rustic dining table that comfortably seats six. You can conveniently access the kitchen and living room from the 2nd floor exterior entrance.
Mosey downstairs to all three bedrooms on located on the lower, entry level. Master bedroom with king-size bed, bright bold colors, flat-screen TV along with soothing sounds of the River below await you here. En-suite master bath has custome tile, glass enclosed soaking tub/shower combination, large vanity and warm neutral tones.
The first guest bedroom located to your right as you enter the condo has queen-size bed, plenty of drawers to stow your belongings and small, flat-screen TV. Just outside the bedroom is the guest bath with private, glass enclosed STEAM SHOWER, custom vanity and neutral tones.
To the left as you enter the condo is the 3rd bedroom with queen-size bed, lovely silk duvet in rich royal tones, flat-screen TV and overlooks the river below. The en-suite bath has glass enclosed tub/shower combination with neutral tones.
Your accommodation wouldnt be complete without stack-able, high-efficiency washer/dryer. The popular Riverside Condominiums offer two on-site common area hot tubs and on-site parking for one vehicle per unit.
The convenient location makes Riverside one of Telluride's most sought after accommodations. In summer just hop right on the Bear Creek Trail for a meandering hike up to the falls or stroll along the San Miguel River Trail - east to Town Park and Festival grounds or west through town to the Valley Floor and beyond. A short walk across the bridge and half block west will take you to the Gondola Station at Oak Street and Chair 8 base. Many popular restaurants within a block or two and the Mountain Market is just a few blocks away.

Can’t get a better location than this in telluride, right next to a waterfall hike and a short walk to Colorado Ave, the library, gondola, and Town Park. The place was also great with our two small children. We’d for sure go back.

Beautiful duplex condo, spacious with great view of the town and surrounding mountains. Able to ski to Oak St chair lift along the River trail. Short walk to everything in town. Would stay here again if we came back to Telluride.

The pictures actually don't quite do it justice. A lovely and comfortable condo with views in all directions. The in-town location is incredibly convenient to all the shops and restaurants. One and only drawback is lugging your skis to and from the gondola can be a lot because of the hill that the development is on. So we stored ours overnight at the base.

This place was great for our family of six; our four kids are ages 15, 15, 13, and 9. It was walking distance to everything. The gondola was about 2-300 yards from the place. It was a fairly easy walk for everyone, even my 9 year old. The place was a little dated, but nice. I’m not sure the hot tub was totally functional as my kids said it was “cold” and they only went in it once. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Nice property close to everything downtown. Walkable to gondala for skiing, private parking, well stocked kitchen, three bed / three bath, no scented products (which we love), and clean / easy reliable communication from the manager. Family of six; four teens, and we all had a blast.

The location was absolutely perfect. We hardly got in our car at all. The property manager was very quick to respond to anything we needed. Highly recommend!

The property is very comfortable and well appointed! The only negative was the master bedroom mattress. It has totally collapsed with no support and should be replaced! My husband and I had backaches every morning and neck pain from the hard pillows.

Property was as described, we love to visit restaurants on our ski vacations and we’re able to walk to all our choices except Allred’s which was a simple gondola ride up the mountain. Condo was perfect for our party of four and could accommodate more. Hot tub was adequate for our needs but probably the only thing which could have been in a better location, not much of a view. All in all a good location with a short 5 minute walk to the town gondola or chair 8 as we preferred.

Pluses: • Terrific location: two blocks from Gondola and bordering the fun, interesting part of the Town of Telluride • Nice view of the creek, the town, and the mountains beyond • The cleanest vrbo I have ever rented. The cleaning crew should be complimented! • Very quiet • Thermostat control in every room with effective baseboard hear • Plenty of hot water for three sequential long showers • Responsive management • Well-equipped kitchen Negatives: • Not exactly ski-in, ski-out … it’s possible to ski to the gondola and the expert lift, but the return home requires a 1-block walk in ski boots • Dated furnishings. Everything is squeaky clean, but décor and furniture are quite dated. Except the moose, which is timeless and spectacular! • The primary bedroom mattress is very soft, probably end-of-life and in need of replacement

Lovely property with deck overlooking river. 3 bathrooms was a nice plus, as we were 3 couples. Very well located, 2 blocks in from Main Street, right by Bear Creek trailhead. This is definitely where we'll stay when we return to Telluride.

Great location, well stocked house - made it really easy to enjoy our vacation! Beds very comfortable. The house was ready early, so we were able to check in sooner - which we didn’t ask for, and was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

We have come to Telluride for 13 years straight and have rented all over, well acquainted with the wide variety of inventory. This is a great, basic place for families. The layout is nice, with the bedrooms on one floor and separate from the living space. Good noise separation. The kitchen is very well stocked with all that you would need to cook and drink at home. There is great temperature control with electric heat/thermostats in all the rooms. Nice views. A few criticisms: There is zero cabinet space for food, the owners have cabinets locked off. So you have to keep your perishable food on the counter, makes it hard to cook. The listing doesn't advertise this, but there must be pets in this condo during some stays, Me and 3 of my children are very sensitive to pet allergens and were almost in anaphylaxis from the allergic reaction we were having. The property manager was responsive and cleaned the carpets which helped some (to a level where we could stay there with heavy doses of allergy meds) but if you have allergies, this is not the place for you. First time in 13 years encountering this. But it is a great location and the condo is a great layout. I wish I would be able to stay there again because otherwise everything was great.

This condo worked beautifully for our group of 2 couples - each joined by 1adult son. The dining table allowed all 6 of us to share meals & play games. The living room sofas in front of the warm fireplace were awesome for relaxing All 3 bedrooms were comfortable & quiet The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked breakfast every day & prepared several wonderful dinners during our 6 night stay. Our host Victoria was available & helpful as needed.
