Is it value for money?

The room rent was pretty high as compared to the other hotels in Lahore of the same caliber. When they showed me the room, it was very small and dirty. I refused to stay in that room even after the payment. They upgraded my room which was actually nice. Felt satisfied.

Great staff and hotel

Mr. Waseem at the front desk had exceptional service. He was very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff was great. Mathew at the breakfast was the best.

Fantastic attitude of staff. Good breakfast.

Location and the fact that wasrooms have bath tubs (with glass wall) not dedicated shower space so it’s slippery. Location is a bit rushy but adequate parking space inside.

good , this time the room given to me had privacy concerns because it’s connected room , even door was closed but voices

Exceeding expectations

The breakfast was very good with boiled eggs, French toasts, and pancakes in addition to omelettes prepared according to specific requirements, There were traditional local dishes as well, fruits salads, and other mostly high calorie foods you normally have in lunch or dinner, in addition to juices. There were porridges of all sorts, donuts and other bakery products. The hotel was near to my place of meeting - which hotel was full due to a sports event. The hotel was providing good value for the money paid while other similar hotels were fleecing their clients and had raised their room rates exorbitantly taking advantage of the demand.

Some bathroom fittings could have been in better shape although overall it was very good. The room was made up when I arrived but the towels took a while before being sent. The room service dinner ordered was served promptly.

A rip-off game with fake usd room rates

The location.

Everything else. The bedlinen was dirty and had holes (replaced after complaint). More importantly, the billing was a rip-off. The booking.com rate had been usd 310 for two rooms over two nights (usd 268 plus taxes). So far so good. At check-in, I was forced to pay in pkr, at a home-cooked rate of 215/usd, while the interbank rate on that day was 226.4/usd. "yes, you can pay in usd..... actually, we charge you in usd and you pay in pkr..... our CFO will call you to clarify the matter". Only that he didn't. And wasn't available at check-out either, two days later. The mediocre breakfast paled into insignificance, compared to being treated like a fool by incompetent staff implementing a fraudulent policy. Don't let a stay at this shambolic hotel spoil your experience of the amazing historic city.

I had the worst experience Mr.Qamar used unacceptable language and so disrespectful unprofessional rude and ignorant his behavior was unacceptable! Mr.Qamar need to take customer service classes and anger management classes!

location of the hotel is good, easy access to alot of places around

no smart tv in room, lighting wasn’t so good either. bed sheets were either not changed or not cleaned properly as there were stain spots on it. rest experience of staying was good.

The Location is pretty central, the housekeeping staff and room service staff are wonderful. The room was upgraded which was fantastic the room is pretty comfortable and the value for money compared to other hotels is pretty good

The reception staff at night were not much of a help I had to remind things again and again to get things done which was disappointing.

The head rest of the bed had dirty spots. Some hair on the bed from the previous occupant. The long sitting stool cover was dirty.

not recommended at all. very old furniture and internet is quite pathetic

the location is quite convenient

the internet at the property doest work properly also I requested for queen bed the staff provided me 2 single bed room which they didnt change also during my 3 days stay, they are priced so high i paid quite a high amount where as when i checked other places they were quite cheaper
