The property met my expectations. The breakfast was superb
The noise from the neighbourhood

Room was not cleaned properly. Trash bin in the toilet was not emptied before we got in and the toilet smelt very bad

We came shortly after check in time started so room was not ready yet and they provided us other room (also king suite). In this room we saw that floor and some other things have not been cleaned yet and asked cleaning lady to clean it. She did it perfectly.
Hotel provides toothbrush with toothpaste, if needed. There are fridge and electric kettle, but we missed some cups and spoons.
Air conditioner/heat pump provided warm room and wasn't smelly as in some other places.
Furniture is used, but most of it worked fine. Bed was arched - you end up in the middle even if you don't want to.
They should throw out unplugged old dirty phone in drawer. Night lamp plug is broken. But maybe it is part of attraction. "Sea view" was funny (we were in 4th floor).

The room and bathroom were very clean, we had a really nice balcony with a view at the sea. Pretty good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
We got a free bottle of Georgian vine.

Almost everything was as expected or exceeded my expectations. WiFi and the location were accessible. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine. The beach and the city center are on the walking distance.
TV channels did not always work properly.

Location, obviously, close to bus terminals, the aerial tramway and the coast and the interesting old town area. Nice enough room with OK wifi
My room was on the first floor over-looking the busy street and rail line.......and the large veranda glass door had no curtain!!!!!! Every body looking up had a clear view into my room and also those staying in another hotel a few meters away.
I mean - how come staff never figured that out........!!!!
Also, the hotels frontage is well lid with colourful lights blinking away 24/7.......and my thin street-side curtains could not really keep those lights out. Try to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

This is pretty well located, not too far from the central bus station and market. After 3 messages, including having to get Booking.com involved, I managed to get a reply to my request for early - 07:00 - check in (which was granted). There were no bath towels in the room, only a single bathrobe and a couple of pairs of slippers. The room was not cleaned during my stay. Breakfast was large, the same each day, and began at 09:00 - a possible problem for those with earlier pick ups or meetings for tours.
