The facilities were not good. Apartments were missing kettles some wine glasses plates washing machine. The Wi-Fi was non existent even when fixed the connection was still poor.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Absolutely nothing, we were mis-sold information regarding our booking. We booked mainly for the spa facilities to find out they were not open when we arrived!

EVERYTHING! bad communication from the hotel, unprofessional staff and manager unwilling to help resolve our issue. FALSE ADVERTISING! No actual gym here either just a small room with no good weights in, shower head falls off when touched forcing water out, no Wi-Fi in room. Will never stop at this hotel again and recommend anybody else stay somewhere else.

Very good

That we were upgraded to a bigger room. That we had two bathrooms and kitchen. The location on the 4th floor was also very good. The staff was very kind, there were some basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, pepper).

The Wifi wasn't working during our entire stay. There were some key elements missing in the kitchen (e.g. a towel or something similar to wipe).

I like the style of the hotel, size of room, music in the area, staff, location, the hospitality, the coffee. I think that the room is more good than apartments. I would like every time to stay in the room of this hotel.

Residence entrance was no light when we came inside, so bit annoyed we can not see so well.

The residence is setteld prerry much city center thats why very convient to stay.

there wasnt provide parking with free and it cost 16 euro per night. I think if i knew parking have to pay extra and such a small place to Park, maybe i choosed another accomodation.

Very spacious apartment with all facilities, great value for money if you are with 4 people. Good location.

Busy street with quite a lot of noise, and the air-conditioning was located in the corridor, so it didn't cool the bedroom enough.

Everything was perfect,if I could give 12 points I would have!!!Great apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,big kitchen with living room,not too farawayfrom the old city...what can I say...the girls at the reception so kind and helpful!Well done!

Clean, spacious, great location. Parking is not guaranteed and expensive, wellness is a scam.

Great location, minutes walk to the Austro/hungarian part as well as the main square. Shopping mall adjacent. Very clean and spacious.

The PARKING arrangement is bizarre. It's a public parking garage, that's open to anyone and always full. Only at nights/evenings, it gets free and you have to re-park the car there. Until then, if possible, they allow you to park on three parking spaces on the street that belong to the hotel and that gets busy quick. I had this option for part of the day, but then that was busy too. In the end, they wanted to charge me 20 euros for a day for this, to which I for obvious reasons, did not agree - after which, they did not charge. When it's all busy, they send to you to a normal parking garage you have to pay too. Also, the WELLNESS is a "scam". You have to reserve it in advance, hope it's not reserved, plan your stay around it, and then have to pay 60 EUR for 1.5 hours.

The place exceeded our expectations. It was very beautiful, very large and very well equipped. I would definitely recomand it for a few days stay.
