Accomodation is more than just a place to stay. Hosts can make the difference.

The Wave Oasis is located in a very convenient and picturesque location and provides every comfort you could possibly need for your time away. We have never personally met a more hospitable and gracious host, and David the host, made our stay even more special than it was just by his welcoming nature and genuine interest in his guests. Looking forward to returning with friends and family in the near future.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The view from the terrace was amazing and provided the ideal spot to wind down The hammock and spa bath provided additional relaxation..Short walk to the town along the boardwalk. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful

The venue was located quite conveniently, although the walking track was a bit primitive for the first two hundred metres. The overall location was wonderful. Coffee shops were barely adequate and it was all disposable (= landfill only) cups. Great for boating and fishing.

There could have been better walking access from the venue to the main boardwalk but it was all right to do. There could have been more storage space for luggage in the rooms.

The place was lovely and what we were looking for and the owner helped explain everything really well

it was extremely clean and tidy and had everything necessary for travellers, by far the best accommodation I’ve had.

There was a rooster on the property which would go off all morning disturbing our sleep :(

Clean Property excellent for an overnight stay

Clean and tidy. Easy check in. Good facilities for an overnight stay.

A little far from the centre of town to walk in poor weather in good weather it would be fine. No view from the rear patio not an issue for us as only staying 1 night.

A relaxing stay

The Lake view one bedroom apartment was very comfortably and attractively presented with all we could want for a relaxing, carefree stay. The decking, living and bedroom looked out over the inlet and ocean, which added a further touch of luxury. The host David was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we did not like.

Friendly and very pleasant stay.

Great room layout with own private courtyard and lots of natural light. Friendly host. Coffee machine most welcome. Loved the 20 walk into town around the lake. A great place to wind down after a busy day.

Enjoyable and a great place to explore Mallacoota and the surrounds

Location was great, reasonable walk into town and very comfortable and little hassle, The views of the water from the accommodation were a little exaggerated!

A really nice stay. We wish we had longer.

Location great. Easy access to the lake boardwalk and a quick drive into the village. Apartment was very clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Nice balcony. The host was very helpful without being intrusive. Quiet. Great bed! Enormous bath! The Bedka River loop walk was a nice way to begin our stay.

It's being a bit picky, but a Clothes Dryer would have been nice, either in a shared area or in the room. Plenty of sunshine though, so the clothes line was ok.

very enjoyable stay at this property

Everything went like clockwork, Location was excellent, could walk to the main shops and Boat jetties. Host was there to meet us and was most friendly, everything was there in side the apartment, all we needed to bring was food. Was great to see the vegetation growing back after the fires..

Being very remote the reception on the TV was not great, but then again we did not go there to was TV, coverage on the Mobile phones was also scratchy..

A lovely comfortable stay.

Well set up and Comfortable and lovely location for walks ect. Our host was great and made sure everything was fine. Also gave us good tips for what to see and where to eat.
